I placed an order on Dec, 21 of 2023. The lead time for orders at that time was ***** weeks. After patiently waiting until July (over 20 weeks), they sent out the item in too small of a size, and won't respond to emails. I would like my money back, but it has passed the time I can process a credit card charge back. I wonder if that is part of the reason for the long lead time.Customer response

Date of transaction: November 24, 2023 Amount paid: $64.40 What the business committed to provide you: Acrylic light switch cover What the nature of the dispute is: Failure to receive my order in a timely manner. Wait time on the website at the time of my order was ***** weeks. My order has not been shipped for 26 weeks. Furthermore, the business remains unresponsive after our first email exchange, and the business removes comments which warn customers about these issues from their instagram. They are still accepting new orders, despite being unable to fulfill prior ones from the previous year.Whether or not the business has tried to solve the problem: After my initial inquiry regarding the status of my order, sent on April 2nd, the business promised to expedite my order and said it would be shipped out at the end of the next week at the latest. Since then, the business has not responded to my follow up emails and the order number has stopped working on their website. The order has still not been assembled according to their tracker.Order number: #***** I am writing to request that my order is delivered, that I am fully refunded the amount owed due to failure to fulfill it in a timely manner, and that the business update their shipping time on their website to correctly reflect the wait time. (They have updated this to ***** weeks, which is still not accurate. My order has taken over 25 weeks and has still not been assembled.)Initial Complaint

I placed an online order with this company on October 31, 2023, at a cost of $78. At the time, an automatic email stated orders were on a 10-12 week timeline and not guaranteed for Christmas. I emailed on November 5 to see how close to the holiday it might arrive, and someone identifying themselves as "*****" responded the next day that they would do their best but again, no guarantees. That was fine, but I emailed back on January 15, 2024, noting that on their order tracker, my order had been "moved to production" in early November but hadn't received a status update since then. On Jan 18, I received a reply that they were waiting on a shipment to complete my order and to expect updates soon. That was the last response I got from the company. I have sent follow-up emails on January 18, Feb. 27, March 2, and March 22, to no response. My order has not been fulfilled, nothing has changed on the order tracker on their site, and I've gotten no responses to email or direct messaging on social media.Customer response
