    **DO NOT USE THEM FOR INSPECTIONS** I'm the FHA buyer and I have to pay $150 for appraisal re-inspection! These are the most arrogant, unprofessional, tardy, disloyal people I've did business with. I ordered an inspection $675 for my home for August 2 over the phone, unfortunately my appraisal was schedule the same day two hours apart. I made Mark and Paul aware that the appraiser was coming out as well and Paul said it wouldn't be any issues. WELL IT WAS! I left when the appraiser came because I did not want to attend and Paul from Evergreen was standing around so I assume they were almost done. I spoke with Paul before leaving and he was ok. I received my inspection close to midnight that night after calling speaking with Will. There were things listed that needed to be taken care of. One of the items listed was "Nesting in Attic, recommend this to be removed." Fast forward the next day, I received an email from my LO stating that my home appraised higher "subject to removal of nesting in the attic" WHATTTTTTTTT so in my head I'm thinking how did he know anything about nesting in the attic, they usually do not go in attics or risk using someone else ladder. Well at the bottom of the appraisal sheet, it literally states "Based on an FHA inspection of the subject property, including an inspection of the attic, the only issue found was a large pile of animal nesting material in the north side of the attic. This is beyond the scope of my expertise. The building inspector was present while I was at the property. He mentioned that this was, in his opinion, built by birds. There were no signs of any animals in the attic now and no signs of access from the exterior found. He is recommending removal of the nesting material. The subject property does not meet minimum standards per HUD handbook 4000.1, due to the nesting material in the attic. This is based on the building inspector's opinion who has considerable knowledge in this issue." I called and spoke with Paul and Will, in which both was in denial and blamed everything on the appraiser and basically saying it is not against the law to talk with the appraiser. This situation was very unprofessional and I RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE AND ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    I understand that ****** is not happy with our company. I wish she would have allowed me to ask more questions before she disconnected our call. I was not able to fully ask questions, understand her complaint, and respond to her concerns. Having animal droppings in an attic space can be hazardous to the occupants and that is why we call this out as inspectors and why I can understand that it was of concern to the home appraiser. The appraiser overheard two of our inspectors talking about the pest nesting materials and it became a concern to the appraiser. We cannot control what the appraiser requires for his approval and we did not seek out the appraiser to inform him of our findings. In the end, a safety issue was found, it sounds like it is being addressed, and I would think that all parties should be happy with the results. On the phone ****** asked us to pay for her appraisal because the appraising company is charging to come back out to verify the attic has been cleaned. I do not understand how that is our responsibility. We did offer to come back and provide pictures at no charge for Latoya's use showing that the attic has been cleaned after the seller takes care of the pest contaminated materials. Our job is to find defects and safety issues and we completed our work properly per my research with the inspectors that were onsite.
