Excellent in every way! **** inspected my attic, answered all my many questions and gave a free estimate. With his knowledge and enthusiasm for his job I didn't need to look any further. **** and his crew are exceptional. They blew in the insulation added the spray and sealed the attic. They provided pictures of my attic filled with insulation with a very even surface! Hardly made any mess and still cleaned up. Very professional and efficient, clean and friendly. Great people! I recommend them to everyone!

koala offers free estimate's.April 3rd 10:00 AM **** arrived at the promised time and installed 16" of blown in insulation in my attic. Time on site a little over an hour.Shortly after leaving I revived an email billing.They accept credit card's so I paid with a credit card. I was provided with paid confirmation.In a additional email they provided a Lean Waver for *********************** job Koala.I rate them 5 Stars.**********

Very nice people who answered questions completely and honestly. Excellent service with good technicians. There was one minor problem after the insulation was installed, and they came out quickly to fix it with no hassles. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had installation installed almost two years ago and had an issue develop to which Koala been quite responsive. While addressing the issue, they also added more insulation at no charge. Since having Koala install the insulation, my house is quieter and more comfortable.

This was the 3rd property Koala insulated for us.They do a fantastic job. The current home we are working on had an immediate change in temperature after they were done. We have had the ** set on 68 just to stay cool while doing rehab.After they were done we set the ** on 75 and it was great.

Koala Insulation is great! From the bidding to the completion of the job, they were better than everyone else.During the inspection process, used to obtain the bid, they uncovered more areas that could be improved, spotted insulation that was low or matted down, and ways to upgrade our existing insulation than any other company we had bid on our house.When we received the bid, it was explained completely and options presented made total sense. Any questions we had were answered. They offered a few ways to save money if needed, but since this was a new house to us, we went full-out and had basically everything available done for us.Installation day comes and they were efficient, polite, and didn't leave a speck behind. I couldn't ask for more than that! Not to mention, when every other company said it wouldn't be done for multiple weeks (even as much as 8 weeks!) Koala was there in about 2 weeks ready to go.Let me tell you... The difference in quality insulation is INSANE. We were a "leave the thermostat on 72" family since it was too cold in the winter otherwise, and come summer, it sat at 70 or colder. With the insulation they installed, I legitimately am hot if its set to higher than 70 during the cold days so far this year. The savings on utilities is HUGE and the house dries out less not having to run the heat nearly as much. I was shocked by how much of a difference quality insulation makes.We are SUPER happy we called Koala!
