            Allen Outdoor Solution failed numerous times to show up for sprinkler startup and backflow test. After numerous junior technicians failed to properly startup system a senior technician was able to correct the junior technician errors without any part replacements. Company never sent a bill via US Mail, Email, or any other means. Received a letter from SCA collection agency trying to collect $312 for them. Agency said they didn't have a breakdown of the charges. I explained the situation and the reasoning that we should only owe about $200. We request a phone call from ***** Allen, a breakdown of the $312 bill they are requesting payment on, and correction to our credit report if they filed one.             BEWARE!!!This company has terrible customer service. ********* communications are left unanswered, no follow-through for Spring irrigation turn on. They refused to repair a frozen pipe that was improperly winterized on a one year old irrigation system which ultimately cost me an additional $500 to get it fixed by another company who found the cracked pipe. They lost six customers in my neighborhood for their lack of concern horrible service.

            This customer and neighbors decided to change service to save a few dollars on start up service. They were under warrenty with us for five years as long as we are servicing their systems. Our contract states that if another company is used it voids the warrenty. We do not know was done and when it was done, therefore we cannot warranty. This was explained but not excepted.
