      I ordered 2 customs necklaces and a custom ring on November 30th. Their website says it takes UP TO 20 days to ship these pieces . Up to does not mean exactly 20 days . Every time I email customer service I get the sand generic email . I feel like this is a scam . There has been no update since I ordered .

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I was given a tracking number that says shipping label created **** awaiting item. I emailed customer service who told me they contacted **** and that they WERE HAVING ISSUES UPDATING TRACKING . I personally called **** who that wasn’t true and that they never received the package.I received a phone call after messaging one of of the CEOs and they said they located my package in the warehouse and it would be sent to the post office today by 5 pm but there has still been no update the tracking still says awaiting item

      I received it within three days of it being shipped . I love the jewelry pieces they are beautiful ,they are great quality. Ive gotten name pieces before and they were super thin. These pieces from this company are great . Even the chains are great. I would say it was worth the wait !

      I purchased a “custom” item on November 9, 2021 for my younger sister’s birthday, which was at the end of November. I say “custom” because the item was a necklace with an initial on it and the website showed which initials were in stock at the time and which weren’t, meaning I thought that the necklace was in stock and ready to ship as soon as the purchase was made. After a few weeks of no shipment, I contacted VibeSzn customer support and received a generic automated response email with the shipping FAQs, which was not helpful. Since then I have contacted VibeSzn on five different occasions, on one of those occasions I asked for a refund and on each of those occasions I received the exact same email response from them as the first response. I have been extremely annoyed with this company and I feel that they are fraudulent. In fact, I have never once considered disputing a charge with my bank over merchandise until dealing with this company. After checking my order status this evening, the shipping status still remains unfulfilled and I imagine that it will remain unfulfilled for the next few months based on the complaints and reviews I have been reading about VibeSzn. I would really just love a refund so I don’t have to dispute this charge with my bank.

      I have attached several documents in response to the complaint for ID ********. We are very sorry that the customer did not realize she was ordering a custom item. Our site clearly states in the description of item Old English Initial Necklace is a custom necklace, personalized with your unique customizations. Please allow 10-20 business days before shipment to create. This item shipped on the 23rd business day. We are sorry for the slight delay in shipping. The customer did receive her item and we did respond to her twice via our customer service email. We do have an initial automated response yet two of our customer service employees responded to her concerns directly and within the same day. I have attached both responses to this complaint. We hope this customer is satisfied with her purchase. We strive to always give the best customer service and respond timely to all customer inquiries.
