They are not good people. I ordered a J necklace and I was sent the letter A instead. I contacted them about it and they sent me a cheep. One instead. All I wanted was what I ordered

We received this complaint via email and asked him to send a photo of what he received. The photo he sent ** was of a letter A. However this photo is not any product we sell. We informed him of this and he insisted that he received this item from us. We provided him with a photo of the item we sell on our site and he was sent the correct item he ordered from us. We have asked him to provide us with his email confirmation and have yet to receive this information. We believe based on our conversations with him he has the wrong company for the item he is trying to get resolution. We are committed to ensuring our products are top quality and work to resolve legitimate complaints.

I was really excited to try this place because the ads and videos I've seen from it the jewelry looks so gorgeous! Placed my order on October 1st and I didn't get it until the 22nd but that wasn't really a big issue. I ordered 3 necklaces since they were have a buy one get two free sale, they always seem to be having super great sales which is another thing that attracted me to them. I got the necklaces and I was elated, immediately put them on and wore them every day after that. They're gold plated so of course I never wore them in the shower and things were going fine...however eventually after about a month or two of having them I noticed the claps on the necklaces were started to turn green and whenever I would put the necklaces back on after taking a shower my neck would itch. Eventually my neck started itching just from me wearing the necklaces in general and I haven't put them back on since :/ which is super disappointing. I'm not as mad because in reality I only paid the price of 1 for 3 necklaces so it was a steal, but had I known that they would start tarnishing within a month and some change of having them I would have just saved my money. Won't be ordering from them again which is sad because like I said their variety of necklace styles, sales and creativity with their custom jewelry sets they have the potential to be a great company in terms of product but the longevity is just not there. For all that you might as well just save up and buy pieces that won't make your skin react and will actually last you a long time and be worth the money you spend on it.
