On 5/25/21 I took a ring into the store to be appraised. ******* spoke to me about the ring and offered to put it on consignment for me. I agreed and have the consignment agreement. After a year, I went back into his store to see if he had sold the ring, he stated he had not. I wanted to take the ring back with me at that time but he seemed to think he could still sell it and so I left it with him. Several months later I went back to his store to retrieve the ring and his store was closed during normal business hours, there was no sign on the door to indicate why. I tried calling and left several voicemails. I have also sent numerous emails, all of which have gone unanswered. I want my ring back or payment for the ring if sold. I have received no further contact from him saying he is closed or any type of offer to return my ring after numerous attempts.Business response

She may have seen my store closed. We were closed from April 2023 to August 2023. We have now moved across the street to 720 Olive St Ste *** St. Louis Mo 63101 in Gallery's 720 Apartments or the old Laclede gas building. I have not heard from her since August 1. I have her wedding and a engagement ring. It will cost her $45 for each ring totaling to $90 for the refinish. We refinish our jewelry before we sell it. Our store hours are Monday thru Friday 10am -5pm and Saturdays 11am-4pmBusiness response

I would like for ******* ***** to come get her things immediately. They did not sell. The restoration fee is $45 per item because they were used and I had to restore them. I was trying to help her. I am at *** ***** ******, Suite *** across from where I was located. I have called and left voice messages.
