            I purchased a sauce pan from them from their website on November 5. The website said then, and says now that the order is in stock. When I contacted them about the package (the tracking information said that it hasn&#**;t been shipped), they said it was back ordered, but the website doesn&#**;t reflect that. I used my credit card for the purchase. It was about $22.00. On my order information, it says that my order has been paid.

            Following my Dec 28 2023 website order submittal the only communication I received was a response to my January 3 **** query via their website message app which gave me a **** tracking number. Fourteen days later **** dropped that tracking because they never received the package. My next message sent through the Luxio.com website is marked as "Not delivered". Payment for the undelivered merchandise was deducted Dec 23 2023. I regret doing business with this entity and assume it is a one man deliberate scam.

The item was shipped via **** and the tracking shows the item should arrive to you within 2 days. A full refund has been sent you and should arrive in **** business days as well. We apologize for this experience and thank you for your kindness
