Things started off great here. We joined to try to help our son with some mental health struggles he was dealing with during a very difficult time. We explained this to **** and he was very welcoming. Over the next 9 months, the owner ****, became more and more political, and less patient with the children. We left, and he put our account on pause. At this point communications became more tense and he was less friendly and much more ******* about keeping us. Finally he informed us that we were responsible for a financial obligation of several months of our "contract" that we were not aware had a financial obligation. We understood it to be an honor-type agreement to encourage the children to go. Our child's mental health was deteriorating, and he no longer felt safe and at home there so we stopped. Having him inform us days before Christmas that we're responsible for several months ($750) is devastating and not in the spirit of family that he preaches. He refused to provide this in writing.Business response
