      I have been receiving text messages from Karrabell Industries, LLC soliciting their products. I have sent responses such as STOP and UNSUBSCRIBE, but they continue to send the text messages. I have blocked them on my cell phone, but they are sending to our business landline (that has texting abilities thru a 3rd party). I called them to ask them to stop and the person that I spoke to said that he has every right to send out soliciting text messages if he so chooses. He said that they will not stop or unsubscribe our business number from their list. If there is anything you can do, we would be grateful. Thank you

      I received fourteen calls in a ten minute span from Karabell Industries trying to sell me something, I can’t even understand what they are selling because the message is so garbled. They also sent two text messages. I have never contacted this company and in fact am on the Do Not Call Registry as operated by the Federal Trade Commission. I am asking to never hear from this company again in any way, as calling fourteen times in a ten minute span is clearly harassment.

      I am on the federal do not call list, which you violated. Also, calling someone fourteen times in ten minutes is harassment. Most courts and officers would agree with me.

      This company called me several weeks ago seeking to earn my business. They said they wanted to set up a conference call to discuss this further. When I called in no one was on the call. They then called me again and again wanted to set up a conference call a week later, which I agreed to. When I called the conference call number again I was the only one on the call so I hung up. That afternoon I got a call from *** and he went on an hour long rant about his family and how great the Ottoman empire was. I then told him I did not want to do business with him. I never agreed to hire him or his firm. He then called me back 5 times in a row and I never picked up his call. He then emailed me an invoice for $180,000,000. I don't know what his scam is, but they need to be stopped.

      *** ******** of Karabell Industries is harrassing me daily with emails that I was never suppose to be apart of with politician requests and or some type of sales. Now sent me an email at 1:41 am on 12/3/21 stating I owe him $8.8 Trillion dollars and started calling me from a Mexico phone number ************* to request his money. In regards to this no services have ever been purchased from this man or his company and he must remove me from all email thread and phone calls.

      I work for Avis Rental Group.  ******** rented a vehicle from the store in downtown STL and he didn't return it.  We reported the vehicle stolen and a warrant was issued for his arrest and we found the car in Mexico.  Then he threatened to sue me and sue the company.  Now he is sending invoices to me.  He conducted business with Avis not me.  I do not have a contract with him.  He is harassing me. 

      12/17/2021: Just an FYI- *** never purchased an automobile nor do we sell cars. I have been in 0 contact with him, while he emails be daily at all hours of the night. I have been advised by the MO attorney generals office that he has been on their radar for a long time and this has escalated and they are turning this into a bigger investigated. Like I said in the past; he just continues to harass me day in and out and it's honestly gone way too far. No one owes him money. He is the typical scam artist. I will be out of town this weekend.       12/17/2021: We have complained many times regarding ************  rude, crude and out of control behavior and horrible business practices, kindly take action against this sycophant of a human being and his rotten company, HD Management Group.  Thank you for your attention to this matter and for bringing Haris and his reign of horrible consumer crimes to a forced conclusion. We hope that you take action against this criminal and his business.

      12/17/20021: Mediator sent the business an email regarding The Can-Spam Act, and requested they provide us an update on efforts being made to remove the consumer from their database.

      [BR] We will not honor anything for a person and a company who stole money from us, robbed us and intimidated our staff and team, HD Management Group has had police reports filed against them, lawsuits filed and restraining orders filed against them, thus kindly represent our company as the proper consumers here and have HD Management Group, Inc. cease and desist from there rotten and disgusting business practices. 

      Our company purchased an automobile from HD Management Group for $198,000.00 and received no goods or services. Thus, kindly advise on how we can have the BBB represent our consumer interests in false advertising issues from HD.

      12/17/2021: This complaint is not about Avis and has nothing to do with Avis, it has to do with the business practices of HD Management Group, Inc. a totally separate company from Avis. Again, kindly refer to our previous emails for our KARABELL Corporation position on this topic, we will continue to bill and to pursue HD Management Group, Inc. for all funds and liable claims against Vlahovljak and HD and will not comply with any BBB regulations on this topic. We wish you all the best and this conversation is complete. 

      12/21/2021:Karabell Corporation has no further intention of investing anymore time or money with the BBB as it has merely become a forum for complaining and disgruntled internet ninjas who have never bought anything products or services from KARABELL Corporation. We look forward to continuing our involvement on a rudimentary level with the BBB, but that is the maximum scope of our involvement due to our corporation’s extremely busy schedule and work day.
