I received three treatments of ******** ***** over a span of 3 to 4 months at a cost of $550 each treatment. The final results did not produce what I was looking to do which was get rid of crows feet or lines around my eyes. I wrote the owner of my dissatisfaction and she wanted to have a phone conversation which I refused so I could have our conversation in writing over ******** *********. She wanted to talk about my expectations and told me that those need to be managed. She also said that my opinion of the results are objective.She said that they do not give any type of refunds for that reason. So if my opinion is objective and her opinion is objective it really doesn’t make any sense. We both clearly disagree on the results and I offered to meet her halfway and I wanted half of my money back and she has not replied. I’d like to add that the first two treatments were not as advanced as the third treatment. ****, the aesthetician said that she did a workshop and learned a new technique to be a little bit more aggressive. So I clearly did not get three treatments that were all equally the same.Business response

Communicating with ******* was challenging, as she refused to have a conversation over the phone or in person to discuss the details of her dissatisfaction with her ********* treatments. ******* is requesting a full refund, however the photos she attached in her complaint not only show significant improvement (in her crows feet, wrinkles around her nose and smile folds), but are consistent with the expectations set during her consultation. The provider used the ********* machine manufacturer's recommended protocols for all three all of *******'s treatments, and her results were efficacious according to manufacturer guidelines. It's not standard Medspa policy to offer "money-back" guarantees, as results from non-invasive cosmetic treatments vary from person to person depending on their baseline and areas of concern. I was willing to find an alternative resolution, but ******* refused to return my calls.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
1. She clearly didn’t read my complaint. I am asking half of the fee back- $750.2. I don’t need to speak to her in person for a resolution because the only thing I want is half of the fee back. I will not return to Metro for any treatment. I have since learned that ******** * is smoke and mirrors, the staff there is not trained properly and the staff doesn’t have the experience needed.
