      Wonderful retailer. I have been their customer for over 6 years, and I've never been disappointed by their prices, or their service. The staff is truly friendly and fair, and the service is prompt. I highly recommend this website. I do not live in the US, and their prices are still great, even if you include international shipping costs, in most cases. If you live in the US, can't see any reason why you'd buy you board games from anywhere else.

      Ignore all the negative remarks! I dont know why there are bad comments. Maybe there were problems during Covid but most companies had issues during that time. I took a chance and ordered a few games. I received them within 2 days! Yes 2 days!!! Perfect condition. Still wrapped. Order from this company. Im super impressed. Couldnt find the games anywhere cheaper.

      I ordered three items online and all items were in stock. They were still in stock a week later when I began trying to contact them for an update. Over the last two weeks I've tried calling 8 times, leaving a message that I just want an update on my order status. I've Emailed 5 times requesting the same thing and for help logging in to their site, thinking maybe I could get some info if I logged in. So far no response at all. The money for payment went through immediately and I want to know if the order was received. The main product has now sold out so I'm concerned I may be out of luck. I'm now noticing a lot of reviews are either stellar or, like the majority I've seen, they are one or two star, and frequently because of being ghosted for weeks and sometimes months.

      Used to be a good store. Now they are garbage. No customer service to speak of. 2 weeks of no email response and I called twice to just leave voicemails with no response. They send me a product where a corner of the box Is completely crushed and I didn't even buy a ding and dent. Further it was packed in the box damaged as the shipping box itself was perfectly fine.

      They advertised new product and sent damaged, used, scratched product instead. They should be shut down. This website is a scam and you should not buy from here.

      MM is the only online gaming store I purchase from. Their staff it top notch and so is their service. They are transparent about any delays and always make things right with their customers.

      I had been a customer of theirs since 2015 or so. Top notch company with quick shipping and customer services. However, since the buyout by ******* the company is no longer the same.As others have said, orders take weeks to be shipped. Before when I sent a message to customer service a reply back would be immediate. *** received no replys back to my customer service questions since ******* took over and Ive moved my purchases to other companies.

      Have to agree with the other positive reviews and show my support. I have been shopping with Miniature Market since I started playing MTG a year and a half ago. I've placed 31 orders, received all of them. The only time shipping was slow is when they were moving warehouses and there was a hige banner on the top of every web page saying shipping would be delayed.
