I hired this company for my move and twice they were not compliant with policy and regular caring of the items that are on a move. They said that they disassemble anything at pickup and assemble at delivery, everything included in the fee.The crew arrived to the delivery destination 7 hours later than the scheduled time (8:30am)The owner had the audacity to ask for full payment at arrival before unloading They were argumentative and not helpful knowing that they were in default for being 7 hours late for their delivery.They did not took all the items inside of the unit. Left around 10 boxes in the hallway of the building.The washer and dryer was left in the dining room area and not installed.The workers were frustrated and boxes were thrown in the floor purposely and items that were fragile were broken as a consequence.The owner of the company harassed me, cursed at me, and insulted me with racist and derogatory offensive verbiage and multiple times threatened with having the truck leaving with my belongings.Even when they were paid in full, they did NOT complete the job and left a mess on the building at pickup and at delivery.Workers left the building without a proper inspection of the truck and a proper install of the items that were disassembled. At this point im not 100% sure if everything was unloaded from the truck or not since they decided to leave without more explanation in a very aggressive manner, mandated by their boss.Police was called at delivery and they said that this was a civil matter and that they were not able to assist further. They did not followed any kind of best practices and this company should be investigated because of their improper business dealings and harmful tactics, treatment, and misleading to their clients. Im beyond offended and outraged with this situation and expect a formal and very serious resolution to this matter.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
The facts that he used in his response are not truthful. They arrived late and that was an issue with the building. Its unbelievable that they truly think that what they did is OK. Zero accountability and the same gaslighting I received by the time of delivery. Truly unprofessional and misleading. They scammed me and did not perform their work professionally. My items were damaged, the bunk bed not assembled, it was a huge mess. I didnt even received all my items. This is a complete scam of a business.Sincerely,

I used Anchor in May 2022. Several times they had to change the schedule and times. The item was no secure when they delivered the item to me. My son had to help the drivers to my apartment. They damaged the item and items in my home. I contacted the owner and sent photos of the damage.I paid $165. The owner said he would refund the money because of the issue.Customer response

She was paid by money order, hand delivered, by me. She has been paid in full.
