The cost for this vehicle was $416.00 to have delivery . I want my credit card to be credit immediate the amount $416.00.

      We have reviewed the complaint brought forward.  The customer requested a vehicle to be transferred from our Kansas City dealership on September 3rd and it was communicated to the customer that they would be charged a non-refundable transport fee of $416.00.  After the vehicle was transported to **************, the customer decided not to purchase the vehicle however the fee is non-refundable.  We will not be taking any further action at this time.

      August 20, 2024 I returned the car I had purchased- a ****** 2022 LE model due to a problem with serious vibration on the highway starting at about 60 mph. I returned the car per their 7 day withdow post purchase. I purchased the car with:1.) $9,000 Fidelity Cashiers Check (Nashua Fidelity Branch check)2) $14,223 car loan from my bank- ********************************* of ****** I was told I would recieve the $9000 check (minus $200) = $8800 within 24- 48 hours via US Postal Mail because that check needed to come from their corporat office. They were also to pay off the loan direct to DCU. To date, I have called them 3x and each time, they say I will received the $8800 check in the mail. Last date of conversation was ****, Sept 3. I was told via an associate of *************************** that they verified the check was mailed Friday, August 30. To date, DCU said there has been no contact from Enterprise and I've not recieved th $8800 check.I returned the car per their policy of buy-back within 7 days and they accepted it But after 17 calendar days *(from Aug 20) I have no check and my bank, DCU, has not been paid off. Could you please intervene on my behalf.Thank you ************************* ************

      05/13/2024 I purchase a 2015 **** Edge Vin: 2FMK3J90FBC17540 from ENTERPRISE CAR SALES-32RH / Located at ********************************, At 1st the radio would shut off but come back on again, now shuts off for maintenance, secondary message application error screen goes black, Navigation stopped working, hands free phone system says cannot connect screen shuts down and so does my phone, no phone service can not make a call or receive a call . The car system has now frozen my phone, 20 minute or longer the system reboots, with a message OBD MOTHER BOARD ten shuts down, washing the car 09/01/2024 I come to the passenger rear wheel and i notice a lug nut is out further than the rest ? I check it , it spins freely, does not come off, NOW THERES SAFETY ISSUES / This **** EGDE was taken to IN & OUT COLLISION CENTER on 5/8/2024/ 5 days before we bought this Pre-Owned Certified Vehicle purchase contract states no service records or accidents found, has a history of electrical service 3 times in 2016 -17-18-2023& 2024 History found on **** PASS APP. ENTERPRISE CAR SALE not only sold us a LEMON ,they sold us a car that if a flat rear tire in which is unchangeable we would be stranded because the car hands free phone system shut are phones off, we would left with no phone service and a unchangeable rear passenger tire . this is a criminal offence and this should be forwarded to the ORANGE COUNTY DISTRCT ****************. we contacted ENTERPRISE CAR SAES 1925 N TUSTIN ORANGE ,the manager hung up on us. ENTERPRISE CAR SALES point of contact is, VP of CAR SALES *** ***** PH# ************ we emailed him a complaint ,tried calling him to no avail.

      I purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales in *********, ** on 5/22/24 and took delivery on 5/24/24. I have had multiple ongoing issues almost from the start with this car. The check engine light has come on multiple times and the car has been in repair shops for extended periods of time since I got the car. I bought a car in good faith from this dealership and I feel they have been less than stellar with their customer service and business practices. I have reached out to the sales manager at this location to express my dissatisfaction with their customer service in a respectful manner. The manager has ignored my calls and text messages recently in trying to resolve the issue or recover me as a customer. This dealership has demonstrated to me that they only care about making a sale. I can provide further documentation upon request that is related to my experience at Enterprise Car Sales.

      Enterprise car sales: 2019 *********************************************. Sale person ******************************* and Manager *******************************. I bought a car on 07/23/2024 and I had to return the car on 07/29/2024. Because of miscommunication with the monthly payment and the insurance on vehicle. I ask for my $7,000 down payment back. The manager had a attitude with me and refused to give me a copy of a receipt for my down payment and she refused to give me all my $7000 down payment back. The miscommunication about the down payment and insurance was the sale person and manager fault. Every time I call and talk to a sale person about the refund of my $7000 down payment I keep getting the run around playing game telling me can't track my refund it's been processed can't tell me nothing about it call back. I tired of calling back. I want my full refund back. $7000 I return the vehicle enterprise give me back my money.

      Update: A lady by the  name of ******* with Enterprise Car Sales contacted me. She helped me get all my money back. ($7000 dollars down payment back). Enterprise Car Sales has refunded me all my money back. I would like to close the complaint against Enterprise Car Sales. Thank you, Better Business Bureau for helping me too.

      I bought a car from enteriprise sales. I have had a problem with the driver side bumper since I bought the car. I cant take it through a car wash because the bumper pops out. They took it in once was suppose to have fixed it. Problem stills occurs so on 7/31/24 I texted **** he said in a text they would take care of it. I get a call after sending him a follow up text for status on when theyre fixing it. I get a call from **** today saying in needs a whole to bumper to fix the problem and their simply not paying for that. So I have bought a car with a bad bumper and cant go through the car wash now. I have a bad bumper and it will come off eventually if its not fixed. I have a pic of my bumper but its too large to attach with what I already have attached. I can send it upon request.

      I am writing to express my frustration with Enterprise Car Sales regarding a recent vehicle purchase. Despite assurances from the sales representative and manager **** that thorough inspections are conducted before selling a vehicle, I encountered a significant issue. Exactly one year after my purchase, my car began shaking, and a ********** dealership discovered that the catalytic converter had been stolen and replaced poorly before I bought the vehicle.Enterprise failed to disclose this critical information, which significantly impacted my ability to make an informed purchase decision. Manager ****'s response to my concerns was unhelpful; he claimed that it was not their fault and that he could not assist me, despite the fact that I am now facing $3,500 in repair costs.I trusted Enterprise to provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle, and this lack of transparency is unacceptable. I urge Enterprise Car Sales to rectify this situation and address the financial and customer service issues I am facing.

      We have reviewed the inquiry by ******************. All of our vehicles we sell go through a standard certification process. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was free of any known issues in addition, at point of purchase, we provided a 12 month-****** miles powertrain warranty free of charge. The vehicle that ****************** purchased had no known issues when she took possession. On August 5th, we informed ****************** we would not be able to replace the catalytic converter on her vehicle.

      I placed a deposit for a car in *****. Before I gave my info for deposit I asked to be sure I would receive my deposit back if I did not get to go pick up that car. I was told yes of course. I happened to find a car closer than 3 hours away and called to let **** know that I wasnt going to be able to make it to pick up the car and would like my deposit released. It has been 7 days and I have not received the $500 back into my account. I also have tried to call 3 days in a row to speak with **** who was handling my purchase and also asked to speak with a manager to no avail. No one has taken or returned my call. $500 of someones hard earned money is not something that is small and I would appreciate finding out why they are being so unprofessional and not giving me this deposit back.

      Hi I purchased a **** F250 Super Duty pickup truck I paid with a cashiers check I paid to have title and tag service its 3 months later I have not got the information I was informed that the *** couldnt assist me with the tile and tag information I would be given a check and compensation to cover the cost my paper tag have expired. I have called Enterprise car sales I have yet to get any information pertaining a lien title so that I can go get my own tags thats hasnt happened yet no one calls me back and no one responds to emails the company jus doesnt care but I spent my money without a problem. All I want is the lien title so I can go to the *** and get my hard tags I dont understand whats the issues and to be ignored its ridiculous I was given **** number he doesnt call back or answer calls its unacceptable.

      We have reviewed the complaint brought forward.  We informed the customer that they need to go to the *** to discuss what they need to do to obtain their hard tags.  We refunded all money collected related to registration/license fees, along with titled only in VA to perfect the lien that needed recorded on the vehicle.  We explained to the customer that we cannot send her the lien title based on the lenders interest in the vehicle. She would only receive that once the contract is paid in full.
