On 3/24/23 I purchased 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from this Jim Butler location. I was told by ******** **** that sales manger **** was working on my auto loan and it was through Bank of America. The next day I noticed mechanical issues with window and vent, chipped paint, a tear in the seat, and other minor issues and called them about it. I was scheduled to bring my car in the following the week. I rescheduled the appointment for 5/28/23. My car note was due on 5/14/23 and I called on 5/12/23 to find out how I could make the payment and was told to contact Bank of America. When I contacted bank of America they said they had no record of the loan for my car. I was also unable to find any record of the loan on my credit. I've contacted Jim Butler about this multiple times and continued to be told someone would call me back, or I'm transferred to the voicemail for sales manager Dave. On 5/18/23 I was supposed to get a loaner and received a message reminding me of the appointment to bring my car in. I responding by asking if the loaner car was available. I received a second text message asking me to confirm the reason I was bring my car in because the notes on my account were erased.
