      Orginial kickstart backer from Feb 2021. Finally received my FORT but not the accessory strap. The company sent an email out saying they were shipping out accessories. After several weeks and no shipping notification, I began emailing customer service. I received an automated response saying they were overwhelmed and to be patient they would get back to me. After months - never heard back. On my third email, I told them I would start sharing my experience on social media. Magically I got a response from an actual employee saying they would ship out my accessory. Received a shipping notice - it was never delivered to carrier. A week or two later received another shipping notice - say story, never received at carrier. Emailed twice to original chain - still didn't hear back. I emailed customer service again but still haven't heard anything. I have seen several other customers who have reached out to BBB for complaints, FORT agreed to ship items, and they had the same result as me. It is never delivered to shipping carrier.

      I placed an order with Getthefort through Kickstarter. I then made a second Kickstarter purchase to upgrade the color choice of my item. After several emails prior to delivery, the company assured me Id receive the right color, which is acorn. Well, I received the wrong color. I followed instructions from the company and did not open, Ive sent a dozen emails on the matter requesting a return label to send back the wrong item in exchange for my correct item. I have been ignored for 5 months and have lost over $350 in this ordeal. This company should be shut down immediately as it continues to steal from people. At this point, I just want my money back!

      Date purchased: 11/13/21 Date received: 11/20/21 Amount paid: $499.00 Order #: **** What the business committed to provide me: I ordered a product called The FORT, which is a magnetized set of cushions that can be assembled in different ways, making a fort, a couch, etc. Nature of Dispute: The product I received was faulty; several of the magnets don't work, making it useless. If the magnets don't work, you can't make anything with it. We have had the cushions stacked in a pile in my living room for 9 months now because my daughter can't play with them, and no one at the company will assist. As soon as I opened the box and discovered the defect, I opened a ticket with their customer service department and I was told that they would send out new covers with working magnets. They don't have a phone number on their website, and they don't respond to emails or through social media. While reading through comments on instagram, I discovered that there are many other customers out there who are in the same position as I am, with a faulty product and no response from the company. I realized that I wasn't just a failed customer, but they have a systematic problem and honestly, I am not even sure how real of a company they are.       Purchased ORDER #**** a FORT Strap 1 in Bluebird color via credit card on https://getthefort.com/ on Thursday 03February2022 for USD $35 and the item still has not been received as of today's date 16August2022. No company representative will provide a tracking number for shipping after multiple attempts/requests to their listed customer service email address: ******************************* No other contact information is listed on their website.

      I purchased a Fort from the kickstarter. When it became clear that the funds were mismanaged I requested a refund, along with many others. When Conor/ Get Fort offered to send out a Fort instead of a refund I decided to accept that offer. I emailed on 4/14/22. They responded on 5/6/22 and confirmed my shipping address. After not hearing back I emailed again on 6/8/22. No response. I emailed again 6/15 and again no response. I emailed again 6/23 and they finally responded on 6/29 saying the fort would be shipped. A tracking number was sent on that same day. According to *****, a label was created but nothing has been scanned/recieved by them. I emailed yet again on 7/18, on 7/25 they told me it would take up to 10 business days, youll notice it has been closer to 20 business days at this point. I responded on 7/26 letting them know this. I asked again on 7/29 and have not recieved any response.

      Purchased 01/27/21 with expected delivery of July 2021. Company did not get items shipped to me requested refund 2/8/22, 3/6/22, 4/14/22, 5/31/22, 6/6/22 to fort customer service also contacted ********************** partner keysmart who confirmed I was on refund list. 03/06/22 I received shipping email I immediately wrote keysmart and fort again saying I didnt want the product I wanted my money back since it had been found dangerous and hazardous to children. The company rerouted the shipment to themselves. Contacted several times and have not received refund.

      I was an original Kickstarter supporter for their FORT product. I was charged $271 in February 2021 and promised a September 2021 shipment, but the pandemic slowed progress so I have been patient. However, Im beyond the point of patience with this company. Ive been trying to reach their customer service since February 2022 with no response.

      Backer on kickstarter purchasing the FORT product on Jan 31, 2021. We were told items would be delivered July 2021. After many delays, in 2022, I finally requested a refund but was told it would take months. I waited and waited, no refund. I was told if I switched back to getting the item, I would receive it quickly. Still did not receive it, checked back in May 2022 and still has not shipped. I have been emailing them multiple times a week since and posting on their social media. I either would like a refund immediately or the item shipped. I paid $219 + shipping later ($50 on April 1, 2022). Thank you so much for your help here.

      Ordered 1 Fort & 2 accessories back in Nov. 2021 & was stated to ship end of Nov. 2021. Received incorrect fort (wrong magnets which is a cheaper V1 version of what I ordered). I requested a corrected cover to be sent with the accessories. Many delayed responses & broken promises via email. I requested a refund/dispute with my CC company & have been denied since product was received & they (Fort) state I knew about delayed shipping Accessories have now been received, but still not the corrected cover to allow those accessories to work properly. Ive emailed multiple times with no response since 5/1/22. Need correct Fort cover or a full refund.

      Joined the kickstarter in 2020. In 2022 was notified that all FORTS were sent out but I never received mine so I emailed multiple times for a refund and they have not refunded me nor have sent my FORT. I would like a refund immediately as it has been two years of waiting and multiple unanswered emails!
