    I purchased three swimsuits using their measuring guidelines. One suit fit and the other two did not. They issued a refund in the form of a credit that I cannot use on their website. I have emailed at least four times without a reply. This is $130 credit that I should be able to use but cannot find a way. No response from customer service is unacceptable and there is no phone number to call either. I will not purchase from them again and cannot recommend them to other buyers.

    I ordered a bathing suit two weeks ago. I received my suit last week, and only received the top. I have attempted to contact Summersalt on every Avenue possible, and have not heard back.I was charged fully for my items, but did not receive the full orderand cannot reach anyone to deliver and fix the issue. This is insane. Reputable companies should always have a contact line.

    I ordered from Summersault in June. Order #*******. Said it shipped two weeks ago. The package is nowhere to be found. Two emails to ****************t have been unanswered. I would either like a refund or a new suit shipped out. Also, don't make me send another email, you have my contact information, so contact me about this.

    I wish I had read these complaints before I ordered from this company. I found a cute bathing suit that I was hesitant to purchase, but I called ( when they had a phone number) to get help with sizing. I was advised that if I needed to exchange sizes I could. I told the person that I had a trip coming in a few months and wanted to know if I would still be able to exchange it, and she said they would work with me. Fast forward to this week when I finally tried on the bathing suit, it does not fit properly. I emailed them July 3rd and received an auto email telling me that they normally respond in three days. I waited the three days and no response. I began emailing them requesting a response, but still none. I used another email requesting assistance with sizing and received a response within 5 hours, not in 3 days. When I responded with my original request to exchange my item...crickets. So it appears as long as you want to make a purchase, you receive a response, but when you want to exchange an item, no one responds. I know it is past the 30 days, but even the site in their FAQs read if it is out if 30 days contact them for help. Well, there is no help. The courteous thing to do is respond, even if the answer is not favorable. Ignoring customers is rude. I will not use this site again, and tell others to stay clear as well.

    I have been trying to contact Summersalt for almost a week and they do not respond to my emails nor do they have a telephone number that I can call. I have 2 items I paid full price for and want to return, yet they only give me a discounted return credit instead of the full price I paid. This company is not trustworthy. I do not want any credit from them. I want my money back, in full.I also placed an order during their sale and nothing fit and they do not give a refund, only credit for more clothes that don't fit. I now have a huge credit with them that I will probably not be able to use. I will say that the swimsuit I bought in my original order is fabulous.I would like to be contacted ASAP to deal with these issues.

    Let's start with what happened. I ordered 2 swim tops, and minutes later I did a separate order for 2 bottoms. Because they were so close I emailed the company and asked if I could combine shipment and be reimbursed for one shipment cost, I knew this was unlikely but you never know if you don't ask. What happened next is I received an email the following day saying it was shipped; ok, this means no reimbursement or combined shipment. Not a problem. The problem is their site, their system, something - because instead of 2 tops & 2 bottoms, I was receiving 1 top & 3 bottoms....and in very unlikely sizes! I did not order this so I immediately reached out. I still have not heard back from the first email, however it's the 2nd that truly leans that this is not a reputable company. They do not want to help, they only want to sell. As far as I'm concerned this is a criminal organization. They take your money, they do not give you want you paid for, they ignore you, and they refuse returns (final sale items). DO NOT SHOP HERE.

    I placed an order - no where on the page did it say all sale final in big red letter until my payment was ran..... I immediately sent an email to the company asking them to please cancel my $200+ order. I got an automatic response telling me that they do not have a phone number but that my email would be responded to within 48 hours due to them having customer service available 24/7. that was on Friday before noon..... it is now Monday after noon..... and I have sent THREE emails with zero acknowledgement. Should have believed these reviews and NOT done business with Summersalt. What a horrible business/customer service center they are running. This is absolutely not acceptable. I expect to be contacted ASAP.
