They painted my bedroom and bathroom. They left 2 inches around the ceiling and walls. He did that in both rooms. He got paint on my carpet. There were paint on the ceiling that was not the same color. We had the owner come out and he said he will send someone else out. We said no. I paid $550. I wanted to receive $150 returned so we can get someone else to fix these problems. He said that he will give us $50 back. It will be more than that to have it fixed and to get the paint off the carpet.Customer response

The case has been solved. I received a check from the company for the 150.00 I was asking. Thank youBusiness response

We did work at the ********** residence. After the work was completed we received a phone call to have someone come out to look at the work. At which time a agreeable time was scheduled. The owner showed up to respond at which time no one was home. A few months later a call was received to reschedule a walk thru. The owner again showed up to review the work. The customer pointed out quality issues. The owner agreed to schedule a painter to return to address the customers issues with the project. A short time after the resolution was agreed upon the customer then had a change of mind and wanted a cash reimbursement of $150.00 and was refunded that amount.
