This man is an outright fraud. Just go to the ***************** website and look up either the business name 'Michael's Work' or his name and you will not find any legally operating company listed because he's never 'since 2010' operated any legal entity (llc, ********** and only for a short time had a DBA to cash checks through - but that is NOT a legal entity. If you are not a legal entity then you cannot be properly insured. This man has repeatedly left himself fake reviews, one on the website Manta he even forgot and used the account under his name. It's incredible there are operators out there and even in this case at the BBB any business operating for ten years would have a rating. The fact that this ten year old business is NR is a clear indication something is horrible wrong here. The BBB had to penalize them in the past when they were Accredited due to their treatment of customers. Nothing has changed.Review from Alexa L

'Company' is operating illegally and making false advertising claims. The BBB has stated that this is not something they handle which is weird considering ADVERTISING REVIEW is part of what the BBB claims to handle but ok.This person has been claiming for 10 years that they are a licensed and insured company. It takes mere seconds to look up on the ******** Secretary of State website that this person does not and never has operated or owned a legal business in the state. He also advertises he is insured but you cannot be insured unless you are a real company so those claims are false too.Since the BBB has decided that it's own posted guidelines over ADVERTISING and false claims, claims of superiority and many other things mentioned are not things they deal with we will leave this as a review since we do know in the past the BBB had to remove fake reviews this person left themselves right here on the BBB site showing they will even lie to them and the BBB lets them do it.

I've been in business since 2010 .I don't know why someone would leave a disrespectful untrue comment for review. One thing I have learned about being in business is you cannot please everyone. I don't know who left this review but whoever did is a liar I am a legit business and again I've been in business since 2010 so anyone who wants documentation of that can feel free to give me a call my number is ************ and I've worked for many customers I worked residents commercial projects and much more. Summertimes you have competitors who leave comments. Sometime you have unhappy customers that leave comments. It is what it is but I try to please everyone. I painted **************** Stations... I've painted many residentials .. I painted ******** Auto in South county near Hooters.... I painted ******************* in ******** and much more Don't fall into the negativity. Thank you.
