I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Super Park regarding an incident that occurred on July 15, 2024. Myself and approximately 50 other individuals experienced an unacceptable delay while waiting for a shuttle to ************** waiting for over 45 minutes to an hour in a 93-degree heat index, the shuttle never arrived.Several people, including myself, called the company and were met with dismissive responses, essentially being told to "get over it" and that a shuttle would arrive when it arrived. After enduring the heat for an extended period, I and others were forced to take an **** to the parking lot and walk the remaining distance.Upon reaching the gate, I explained the situation to the cashier (ID 195), who displayed a complete lack of concern and insisted on a $40 fee. This level of customer service is not only poor business practice but also a potential health hazard, as evidenced by a mother with young children who chose to walk in the extreme heat rather than wait for a non-existent shuttle.Attempts to resolve this issue have been ignored. The cashier on duty refused to allow me to speak to the manager. I then tried to contact the manager, ***************, who has not returned my call. Additionally, my email to customer support has gone unanswered.Given the circumstances, I am requesting a refund of the $40 fee, as I did not receive the service I paid for and had to incur additional expenses to secure transportation. My ticket number is ******.I hope to receive a prompt resolution to this matter. I was over charged by $200 for parking at the airport. When I corrected the attendant he said that I could call the next day for a refund. I have called every day for 2 weeks with no response.Business response

I stayed at *** E at STL from Sept 11 to Sept 15. The machine did not give me a receipt and I need a receipt. I tried to call and email but did not get a response. The reason I am filing this complaint is I need a receipt and I have also read that other people have had problems with super parks machines.Business response

This is unacceptable. Im never parking with super park again. I had a s***** experience, they never sent me a membership card, cant even supply a receipt for parking, my company scrutinized me when I closed out my travel voucher and now a month or two later you want to respond to my complaint? I’ve asked for a receipt when they charged me and with 5 different phone calls. They could not print one out when i was charged, but are not responding to my requests. I need this for work. I was charged 23.00 on 5.2.22 at 19.56. Send the receipt. This is bad business on so many levels.Business response
