We had signed up for a service from a door to door sale. We initially had issues with billing due to their system not catching the payment was coming out until the next one was due. Now we are having issues with continued bugs that has been addressed twice. I did not address it a third time because we were due for our next quarterly service. When they came to do our quarterly service my best camera shows him coming and going in 2 mins. He left a service complete sign. I contacted the company right away and sent them the video evidence. They told me they would have to investigate and get back to me. I did not hear from them so I followed up. She apologized, said she would cancel my contract since Im at my year and they were not refunding my money. I wrote back and advised I want my money back. Not only did they not do the service but I still have bugs from the last service. Now who knows if they ever sprayed anything last time they were here. I didnt think I had to look that close. I have contacted them again to asking for a follow up and letting them know I still have bugs even after their last contact for scheduled service because the last quarter service didnt keep them away. All I am asking for is my money back they charged me for a service they did not complete. I would appreciate the last 2 quarters money back but Im not going to push it.
