The owner is a very sensitive woman and she doesnt honor that within herself. She allows clients to walk all over her and think they run the show but she talks bad about these people and their animals. Instead of teaching with passion, she teaches with stress! She doesnt ask her employees questions and she gives her opinion about matters no matter how anyone else feels about it. She isnt a friendly person when no one else is there. She is demanding. She has narcissistic tendencies. She gaslights her clients and her employees. She had me lie to a client because they were a doctor about a price and she felt like she deserved what she charged the woman because her dog is big. The lady noticed the price difference and truly asked about it-me being new, had no idea what even happened-come to find out, she just felt like the client should pay the same as last time because the dog is big instead of changing her books to reflect and be honest with the lady so she can decide if shed like to continue going to her or not. When I left because it was a toxic place for me-she handled all of the tips. I worked 38 hrs and she took it upon herself to tip me only $25 when I carried the most weight especially emotionally when she had to put her horse down. That hurt me the most. I wanted others to know because its wrong and she shouldve been shut down a long time ago! Get you mental health in order! Its okay to not be okay!
