I paid this photographer to film a video of my sons first birthday party as well as take photos. The day I contacted him is the same day I paid the full amount in advance. The day of my babys party he texted me the morning of confirming, I confirmed. At the time of his arrival, he was not present but another person was. I had to text him to see who this person was because it was not communicated to me that he would not be in attendance but someone else would. After the party I did not hear from him for a couple of weeks so I reached out to see what was going on. He told me he would finish another project in 2 or 3 ******** was up next. A month went by with no word of anything. I texted him 3 times within that ********* never replied. He replied 2 days after my final message stating his page was hacked & he had just gotten it back, he has family issues & he would double the amount of everything we agreed on originally. He finally sent over the drive, I looked them over & was not impressed. The shots were terrible. I expressed that to him, no response. I texted again asking what were we going to do, he said it was not the final product. I expressed how he (the partner) did not capture my babys entire party. He made excuses & stopped responding. I called him out on the terrible customer service since the start, no reply. 6 days go by, I ask about the video turn around time. He said about another week & a half. That turned into 2-3 weeks. I constantly texted ******** made another excuse saying someone broke into his car & stole everything, yet another lie but he promised my product the upcoming Monday or Tuesday. I called him out about seeing his posts, asked for a refund, he deactivated his ***** ******* replied to me again. I paid a total of $470 & I just want my money back at this point since I dont have what I paid for.Initial Complaint

I had this photographer to take pictures of my children on their 2nd birthday of Aug 15, 2020. I repeatedly reach out to him on several occasions asking about timeframe and when my pictures would be ready. He stopped responding to any contact I was trying to reach out to him. I even reach out to a business partner of his and she got him on a good track and then something happened between them and they fell out is what she told me. I constantly see this person post pictures up everyday of people but still he repeatedly refused to contact me back. I just can’t see how someone could call themselves the best photographer in St. Louis and you can’t even make sure you get all your picture out on time. It irritating.
