Ordered a pizza on Friday Aug. 11 approximately 830pm CST. Pizza was never delivered. I contacted the local store with no answer. I called the 'corporate' number and they also attempted to contact the store with no answer. They said the local store is the only one who can refund the money and I was supposed to hear back in 48 hours. I have heard nothing and have been charged for something that I did not receive. On top of that, I also used Papa ***** towards the purchase and that plus my actual money is gone. Order # **********Initial Complaint

I ordered food online from them on 7-14-23 but never received my order my debit card was charged money but no food everytime I call I can't get anyone I went to the store and was told the manager isn't there all I want is a refundInitial Complaint

Placed an order to papa Johns on Saturday March 4th at 7:23pm in the amount of $44.16, was sent an email stating that I would receive my order within 29minutes. I waited for more than 29 minutes. The first call I made to this business was at 8:04pm the phone just rang. I continued to call my last call was at 10:35pm. I tried reaching the manager line which was option 5. The phone just rang again. I submitted feedback on the website and it stated that I would hear from a manager but nothing. Today is March 6th and I still havent heard anything, but my card was charged. I need my money back this is unacceptable!!Initial Complaint

I ordered a pizza from Papa Johns had a wait time of about 20-30mins I waited 40mins to an hour before arriving at the store when I got there my food havent even been started on top of when I finally got it , it was half done (but I ordered it to be well done) I asked for original crust (didnt get that either) barley any pizza sauce at all if they have a problem with there job they should find another they were not busy right after giving me this horrible pizza which could have made me sick they walked out back to smoke some cigarettes and watch the cars go byInitial Complaint

Alright so my problem is I found several hairs in my food , each all the same color of blue and long . I nor anyone else in my household has blue hair, I respectfully called to make a complaint regarding the order , the company cursed and got angry at me then put me on hold for nearly and hour. I repeated to call only to get yelled at saying nobody at their store has blue hair , the guy even told me hed talk to the delivery driver yet never told me anything else. Now when I call they hang up on me constantly.Initial Complaint

We placed onine order# ********* on 03.15.2022 and when we got home the pizza was cold and toppings were not well cooked/melted. We called the store for 30 minutes without any resolution. The option to speak with the store regarding an issue with the order just rang until the line disconnected. The option to place a new order was answered twice but those reps stated they are a call center and transferred to the "front" of the store and then the line rang until it disconnected. Went to the store on the way to my children's practice and a gentleman with locs and 3 females in the store in the front standing around talking and laughing did nothing. The gentleman indicated he was the manager and just stared at me. I asked for the general manager information and he stated he couldn't give that out but I could call tomorrow. When asked why would I call when they don't answer? Again, nothing but a blank stare. Called corporate and a complaint was submitted and a return call was to be made in 2 business days. I called 03.22.2022 because no call was received and they said an account credit was issued to be spent at that store. When I explained we will never frequent that store and will possibly never buy Papa ****** again and we want a cash refund which is how we paid for the order another complaint was submitted and a return call to be in 2 business days. I called today (03.29.2022) because we still have not received a phone call and now we are supposed to wait another 2 business days for a phone call to start the cash refund process. I have called every Tuesday for 3 weeks for a refund of $19.08 which is utterly ridiculous. I do not understand why we should visit this store again when they have made mistake after mistake. That would be foolish on our part.Customer response
