      I had them come out on Friday April 5th,2024 I told them that the toilet has already been snaked and the sewer stack by a plumber already.So then All ************************************************ came out and he removed my toilet which I told him not to and he snaked the toilet then, proceeded to get his ladder out of the van and brought it into my yard tried to extend it to get on the roof and his ladder wasn't high enough to get on the roof to try & snake the vent trap.I then I offered for him to use my ladder and he declined.He went back into my bathroom and wound up his snake and gave me his name which is **** he was a nice guy he said that he can't figure it out why it is not coming unclogged.I said well I don't know either I thought you unclogged all drains is what you guys advertise.**** said well why don't you call the owner ***** and have him come out.I call & spoke to ***** (the owner)and he was supposed to come out on April 9th to take a look at my problem but insisted he has to charge me again and I said why should I have to pay more when I already paid you guys and it wasn't resolved or unclogged ? And now I have more of a big nasty unsanitary mess that I was left to clean up and you guys have tried to use a nasty disgusting used filthy bacteria infested mop in my house which I told the *************** to take that mop out of my house & told **** you're not using that in my house.**** also forgot to bolt down my toilet he ripped up the silicone that sealed the base of my ************ my toilet is leaking through the floor.I cannot use my toilet.Previously before he came out I could at least use & flush my toilet and use it.Now I can't use it period.It will overflow and my tub is backed up with filth.It is disgusting I have a week immune system I'm on disability and I cannot have this problem.****** hasn't offered to try and you know resolve this problem.He just wants to charge me more money and completely rip me off.I don't understand if he's a professional business owner how he can do this to someone & can get away with this.Very rude & hangs up on me.Lies & tells me ha called me back but,never has.I didn't even get a receipt they said they're going to email me my receipt.I never got that on my email.I want something resolved so this is why I'm making a complaint because I am totally unsatisfied and completely disgusted.       **** from company initially worked on my sink 2/3/2023. On 2/20/2023 I called company and asked for **** to comeback as the sink clogged. **** was unsuccessful and reported he would speak to his boss. No one called that evening. I called and texted the company several times. On one occasion I spoke to *****. He apologized for not getting back to me. He told me he would give me a call back in just a short moment. That call never took place. I called again that evening to get an update. I was met with excuses, and rudeness. ***** told me that I need to give him a break. I asked when I could expect service. ***** let me know I was not a priority since it was a return visit and began to speak to me in the most unprofessional way, and raising his voice. His final words were to find someone else.

      On February 14, 2022, All Service Drain came out to unclog sewer line at my property at *************************. The plumber was not able to unclogged the drain and said he was 100 percent sure that the problem was with the ********* city line. He said I needed to have it camera. He proceeded to camera and said I would receive the video to turn into ***************** with a few hours no such video was ever emailed to me even as of today March 10, 2022. Furthermore that was not the issue at all. Another company (****) came and unstopped the drain and located the problem which was actually on my property. The used a camera and I received the detail video via email within day. I spoke with the owner ***** of All Service Drain several times and assured me that he would return the $200 for the camera even stated that there was nothing on the video to send. Conversation continues into the next week until he stop taking my calls actually blocking my cellphone number. I paid for the service by credit card and I have filed a dispute with my credit card issued by **************

      I had requested a video inspection from All Service Drain so that I could send it out to other plumbing companies. We have a crack in our clay pipe allowing roots to grow, this has caused a handful of backups over the last couple of years. All Service Drain offered this service at $150 for a detailed video inspection, then I was to receive a link I could pass out to get these needed quotes. The payment and service was completed on 10/19/21 but when I sent the short video out to 8-9 companies, all but 1 came back stating the video was too poor to give a quote (mentioned incomplete video, no depth counter, not professionally done, etc).. the 1 company that did send a quote sent a "likely estimate based on previous similar work but we will need our own video prior." I called and left voicemails and sent texts to relay this info to the company, I even forwarded all the replies to the owner who apologized and said he would come do another video. "I may have dropped the ball on this one," were his words. We set up a time for the 2nd video which was inconvenient but necessary, he then no showed that day and never called. This was a Friday, I waited out the weekend and sent an email and text to the owner stating I would just prefer my money back at that point as he had been unprofessional and I would now have to spend more money for a decent video through another company. He called me and stated he was short staffed but would come out that day. I gave him a 3rd chance and he did show up, appeared to do a video again, left without a word and I haven't heard from him or anyone at All Service Drain since. I am unsure why he and his company are acting this way and why they would even waste time coming to do a 2nd video and then not send me the link. I emailed, called/ left voicemails and never received a reply.
