On 3-12-2024 I had an emergency plumbing issue where the valves were leaking at the washing machine. The fee for this company was $150 just to come out and once they came out they told us the total would be $575 for repair. They did some work and told us someone by the name of ******* would be out the next day to finish the framework so the washing machine box would be properly sitting in the wall flush. No one came back. I called everyday to check the status of someone coming back and was told each time someone would call me back..no one ever called back.. I would just end up calling again the next day. On 3-18-2024 I had an unprofessional call w/someone named ******* saying she's not going to go back and forth w/me and I'm being aggressive when in fact I wasn't aggressive at all just speaking as a concerned customer wanting to know when service would be completed. She said she spoke w/a manager let me know someone would be out that day from 4pm-7pm or the next day 2pm-5pm. The following day the same repairmen from the initial night came back out and explained he was unaware the company no longer did framework, all they do is plumbing and anything outside of that would be on the homeowner, but since that's what he told us on the initial night he wanted to honor his word and he'll come back on his own time and do the remaining repair work either that evening or the following day. Also at that time I told them that hot water is now coming out instead of cold water when I did a load of laundry and he said they most likely put the lines back on wrong and just needed to switch them and would fix that also when he came back. He didn't come back that day, and the following day I texted to see if he was coming and he replied he would call once he dropped his kids off but we never got a call or text back after that and now the following day has come and still no word from anyone.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I've never heard anything from this company about giving me an option for late night service and The night that they came out I was told someone would be out the next day to do the"carpentry" work. It wasn't until after a week of calling daily and the ***************** coming back out that I was told I was given incorrect information about fixing the wall and he didn't know the company didn't do that type of work anymore but since that's what I was told he would honor his word and he said the company told him that would be on him and his choice to fix the wall. He said he came to see what he needed to fix the wall and he would be back that evening or the next day. No one contacted me about anything after that 1st night and they got paid. I had to call daily to see what's going on. And to top it off I have no cold water which I reminded the ***************** when he came out to tell me he misinformed me and that was supposed to be fixed when he came back to fix the wall.

In July 2023, I hired him to do camera work because I thought I had a sewer lateral break. The ************************ was paying 85% but I had to pay for to get the camera work done and this is why I hired him. He did it and said he emailed it to me but he did not and I have been waiting since July 2023 to hear from him. I have never heard anything from him and have been calling him since August 2023 and every month after to talk to him. The ************************ said they did not have any information on him. All I needed was the camera work to prove to the ************************ that my sewer lateral was broken. I talked to him a few days ago and he said he went to the City Hall in ********. I told him to give me my $225 back or give me the camera work. I had AT&T to check my emails and there is no record of an email from him, only a request for a review. He used words to twist me up and lots of excuses. I told him I would report him to the BBB and file a small claims case against him. I gave him one last chance but he never contacted me. I talked to ******* at their company and spoke with her about this. My issue is where is my camera work. I would like to get my camera work from him or to get a refund of my $225.Initial Complaint

Horrible work done, within a couple days after the repaired of a leak under the kitchen sink, it started leaking again called and someone was suppose to come back out , now all of a sudden it's no warranty on the work.Business response

We are familiar with the plumbing company in *********, *** that has a similar name, they are Right Now Plumbing located at 1297 ******. ************** ********** tel# ************. We are not associated with this company in any way. A simple ****** search will explain the confusion.
We are RightNOW Plumbing. (Trademarked) all one word. We only have one location ***********************************************************************************************************. Tel#************. Im sorry to hear of her bad experiences and wish her the best. We understand the confusion with the similarity in names.

Client did have a warranty on work performed. Kitchen sink pipe was unattached, we agreed to reattach since we were installing a tub faucet and unstopping bathroom vanity sink. Once we reattached the kitchen sink we showed client by running water that the water was not draining. We then offered to unstop the drain as an add on for only $89. The homeowner declined the offer and stated he would plunge it himself. We then showed him the bathroom sink by running water that it was draining and his new faucet in the tub. Client was happy and paid the bill.
Since the kitchen sink was not unclogged, the pressure from the water and/or him plunging it caused the pipe to come back a loose. We in fact attached the kitchen pipe for free. No warranty can be offered on the kitchen sink when they declined the offer to unclog the drain. We explained to them thats why there is no warranty on that specific problem because we never fixed the issue after telling the client it needed to be snaked. We were very clear and let the client know this would be an issue if not resolved before they paid the bill owed for rendered services.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I have read their statement and what they are saying is not true , they did not saying anything about needing anything to be purchased other the the faucet that connects to the shower and tub. Of course they would now say something because the have bad reviews,,,,, these people got over on a disable person whom is confined to a wheel chair, they stated him to different quotes until I call to intervene. The person note only asked for money up front he stated that it would cover the parts to start the job on the plumbing.

I had this company install a disposal in my kitchen on October 28th. He came back on Saturday because it was leaking. Whatever he did didn't work. Now the water has leaked all over my new cabinets, not even installed yet. The water is down in the basement, and I have standing water in the kitchen on the floor. I called all day Sunday and I called today and they said someone would be out. No one has come but they didn't give me a time either. I can't get good information from this company.Business response

I didn't install her dishwasher, the contractor did. I did go back to the property and fixed the leak on the dishwasher at no charge. I used fans to dry out any water from under the cabinets and under the floor at no charge.Initial Complaint

Right Now plumbing company came to my home to snake a line from my home to the clean out the sewer line in my front lawn. The work was performed the line was clear for a while but with occasion back*** from the line. I learned that the technician *********************** from Right Now Plumbing left a 35ft cable in my line that he could not or would not remove. The cable in my line continued to give me plumbing problems. I was told by Right Now Plumbing to call MSD even though MSD did not create the problem. MSD came out and took a look at the line for free and told me it was a plumbing issue not a MSD problem. I continued to have back *** and finally called Roto Rooter on September 13, 2022. Roto Rooter came out cleaned the sewer line and pulled out the 35ft cable left by Right Now Plumbing for a fee of $395. I have had no problems since. I called the owner *********************** ************* requesting a refund for a problem his company created and I also asked if the would come get the 35ft cable sitting in my yard. I have heard nothing from the owner and the 35ft cable sits in my yard. Pictured attached. Thank You for reading thisInitial Complaint

On June 4th I called this company to come out to tell me why my toilet was so wobbly, they said replacing the ****** would solve the issue, the repair was $425.00, but I explained I only had $375.00 in cash at the time. The owner said he could fix it and would do it for the cash I had on hand. He pulled the toilet up and then said it was all fixed, so I paid the $375.00 and he left. The following day I used that bathroom and noticed nothing was different and my toilet still was wobbly. I spoke to ******** on June 6th about the toilet not being repaired as promised, she said she would send someone out but they were a no show no call. I called back a few days later and was told someone would come out on June 11th, but again I waited all day and they were a no show no call.Initial Complaint

On 3 March 22, Right Now Services came to my home to unstop my plumbing. They worked for a couple of hours, then announced that the plumbing was unstopped. The drain appeared to be open, we paid them and they left. A few days later we discovered the drain was still stopped. We called Right *********** and left messaged about our problem, but we have received no response.
