              Starting January 2023 I found an apartment complex to move to, found ******* ***** and started the process, gave all inspection and deposits to move in , in a timely manner, March 2023 came and they won't give me a move in date. I signed no lease agreement only paperwork and gave all personal papers, argument ensued and ask for my money back, was rudely said in 30 days or and getvonly half money back.

              Terrible management! There is mold in many units. It's not a new issue. They are trying to claim it's due to increased himidy and mitigated as it happens. That's a lie. I'm contacting the city and filing a complaint. I work in environmental restoration and I know that these conditions are not healthy or fit for occupancy. My daughter currently lives here and I have visited many times. It just gets worse each visit. I can't even stay in the building for long. I book a hotel. The hallways are filthy and missing carpet from a fire.
