      Starting January 2023 I found an apartment complex to move to, found ******* ***** and started the process, gave all inspection and deposits to move in , in a timely manner, March 2023 came and they won't give me a move in date. I signed no lease agreement only paperwork and gave all personal papers, argument ensued and ask for my money back, was rudely said in 30 days or and getvonly half money back.

      Good day Ms. ******,

      We discussed that per the application that you signed; we would only keep our minimum required security deposit of $200 because you cancelled your application and refund the remaining portion directly to you.

      The application you signed to apply at ******* ***** states the following: 

      ONCE THIS APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED, YOUR DEPOSIT BECOMES NON-REFUNDABLE AND YOU WILL BE HELD
      RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL UNPAID BALANCES IF THE APPLICATION DEFAULTS. Applicant agrees all security deposits and unearned rent are deposited, as
      they are collected and become the responsibility of the property owner.

      In regards to the arguement that ensued, this is where you became aggressive and threatened the staff at ******* ***** after they explained to you the process of canceling your application.  The arguement was just you getting mad and threatening after we explained the cancelation process to you.

      ******* ***** ********** are a complete projects because of the deplorable Sanctuary City in Saint Ann and Breckenridge Hills Community because of Drug Lords, Hoodlums, Gangsters, Thieves Drug Users and Meth Heads plus other violence issues and Kohner Properties hasn't believed my multiple reports of break ins plus other crimes. I had to report crimes in the last 4 months and I was setup by ******* ***** ********** and Kohner Properties LLC and they are threatening to sue me for telling the truth about these whole ordeals within 1 year of being a residence. I paid my rent fair and square for a year except for this month only because my finances was compromised by computer hackers om family members, landlords, etc.

      ***** ****** vacated his residence at ******* ***** prior to 3/21/22 over the weekend.  He left his keys outside the leasing office door and he removed all possessions from his apartment at ******* *****.   Prior to Mr. ****** vacating he has left voicemails and sent letters that do not make sense and asked for demands outside of his lease that cannot be met, including that he become the head of operation/president/CEO of our company and we give him awards such as the Noble Peace Prize.  Neither, ******* ***** or Kohner Properties has setup Mr. ******.  We have advised Mr. ****** that is he sees criminal activity to contact the police.  Mr. ******’s lease will not be canceled per this request.
