My mother died and I had to have her house appraised. I have never done this before, so everything was new.Here is the good part: Having no experience whatsoever in this field, it seems to me that the report has been done in an acceptable manner (I hope so--I can only read it as a non-professional). In addition, I discovered, in the middle of this endeavor, that the report really should reflect the value for my mothers date of death, and ********************** was able to do this.Here is the frustrating and irritating part: He has a hard time following through on what he says he is going to do. Usually, this was OK, because my mother had died and the report was destined, at this time, to be kept with her house file (i.e. I was not in a hurry). However, one incident of this was enough to prompt me to write this review. He told me at least twice that he would give me a hard copy of the report. I had to keep asking, several times, and he never did mail me a hard copy. Since we have no printer, and since I am terribly busy, and since I dont feel comfortable having only an electronic copy, and since I had to keep asking ********************** for the hard copy (only to be ignored, in the end), I found it very irritating and time-consuming. The mere fact that I had to spend more time writing this review was another negative aspect of this experience. I would not use him again for these reasons.

Hi ******, I did a very good report on your house and I did mail the report. I also mailed the report another time after you said you didn't get it. You also have an emailed copy which was sent right after the report was finished. The mail service is not my fault and this review should be directed to them. I've been nothing but nice to you and even had to rewrite the report because you wanted to change the effective date which I had no problem with. For you to give me a bad review and hurt my business is completely uncalled for.
