Ortenc (Orty) Brisku, was very professional throughout the entire process of buying my property. If had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. **** was always responsive to any questions or concerns I had and made himself available at any time of the day or week. ***********************, V-P of Sales and Acquisition, was invited to view our in-law's home in an effort to begin selling the in-law's home "as-is". He was personable, likeable, and professional. He took time to listen to our desire to sell their home "as-is". In fact, we became friends and are going to go out to eat with him at an upscale family-style restaurant to get to know each other better. ****, keep up the good work and we will recommend him to friends and family in the future.Review from Keith V

**** ** My sisters and I worked with **** ******* from Core Properties to sell my parents home. They both passed away within 7 months of each other after a year of illnesses. They had a nice home but it was in need of updating inside. After the past year of helping our parents we just weren't up to trying to set up the remodeling and trying to get it ready for sale in the prime season. Core Properties came out, gave us a couple of options they could help us with, and let us choose what was best for us. Very low pressure. We received a fair price, and it greatly expedited settling our parents affairs. If the situation should ever arise again, we would definitely use Core Properties again.Review from Fred B

There are not enough kind things to say about this company. I was besieged with calls from various companies asking if I wanted to sell my house. I had a renter in it who had stopped paying rent, so I looked online for a reputable company to help me. By God's amazing grace I found Core Properties. From our very first interaction, **** and ****** were incredibly helpful and supportive. We ended up having to take legal action to get our renter out, and they helped us find a good attorney who did exactly what we needed. Then **** actually came to the trial with us as moral support. If you have a house you need to get rid of, don't look anywhere else. Core Properties is the best in the business!Review from Jacob G

This company is engaged in predatory negotiations, please do not use.1. They are pushy to sign a contract and will attempt alter it by lowering the offer at their convenience. 2. If you do sign a contract, beware they'll place an assignment of interest. Aka they basically have the right to refuse a sale or negotiation.3. Their time frames are exactly what the contract says, do not trust the sales person if they say you have more time.4. They will not return your calls, they have 2 phone numbers in the same location. 5. Did I mention they'll ask for $10,000 or more to remove the assignment of interest?Review from Jill P

Hello, To whom it may concern: My recent experience with Core Properties in STL, was not a good/just/fair one what so ever. Very unprofessional when trying to work out differences. Please be adviced to READ over your CONTRACTS! Make sure your contracts are contingent on funds and contingent upon your sewer laterial inspections on any kind. They will force/sew you to purchasing **************** beware, do not let them (Core Property) handle you and speak to you any kind of way. Do all your due diligences before signing anything PLEASE!!!! I will NEVER do business with a pushy company like Core P.I was told "It was a matter of life and death to buy this home, or be sewed" NOT sure why or what deal Core made with the sellers, not even sure what that meant.
