            If you use equity MO confluence do NOT use **** *******************, agent and advisor. We have had a few appointments with this agent and here is an example of what happens: plan is 4 consecutive appointments (we were on a time constraint). She was 45 minutes late! to the first appt. An example of a time with my boyfriend was again 4 consecutive appointments and she was late, of course, then 2 of them she could not even get into because she had issues with a key/keypad. Another day she walked into a house while other people were there because she failed to make an appointment. It was for this reason we had stated we did not want to sign a contract with this person but unfortunately when we finally found a home of interest and we let her put a contract on this house she added the contract for her to be our agent. (even though she knew we did not want to sign one with her) She consistently would stay on the phone with someone else (*******) while we were in these homes and it would be so annoying. The list of unprofessional behavior continues when my boyfriend just off the cuff, happen to mention to his selling agent that he might be using her company for purchasing a home. She did not even engage that conversation and now this ******************* is threatening their company with legal action and they will not allow us to even view a home with anyone else. It is so embarrassing to even talk with someone who has a house that we are interested in because now every real estate person we have had a conversation with knows what is going on and it is no one's fault but this unprofessional real estate agent. Truth is my boyfriend probably would have kept using her but after all of this he is done. FINALLY! Although her texts do not stop! no no they don't they are relentless. We were trying to enjoy a day with family over the weekend and we received 10 in a matter of minutes about the legal actions they are taking (during Thanksgiving weekend with family!) Move on and go to someone else you will be glad you did.
