Absolutely the most TRASH customer service I have ever seen before in my life. They listed a LY6 6.0 GM block for sale that was bored .020" over. Said it was hot tanked, cleaned, painted and brush honed. Pictures on their listing looked like a freshly machined and cleaned block. After trying to pay them for a week they finally took my money. I finally found .020' over pistons since they are rare for these blocks. The block showed up 3 weeks later and was absolute garbage. It was absolutely not hot tanked, cleaned and inspected. There is old dirty oil leaking out of the mains, old gasket material hanging off everywhere, and to top it all off it was still a standard bore block! It literally looks like they pulled a motor out of a junk yard, tore it down and lazily pressure washed it, rattle canned it black and sent it off on a dilapidated pallet missing legs. Rusted, corroded cylinder bores, I mean seriously it is horrible. Absolutely nowhere near what the listing stated. The whole thingBusiness response

The engines that was shipped to Mr. ****** was exactly what he asked for. It was cleaned and hot tanked. We regret that he is unhappy with the product; we stand behind a 99.1% customer satisfaction rating. When we spoke with him by phone, we did offer to refund all of his money for the engine; he would only have to pay to ship it back which is our standard policy. He declined our offer; instead he went around our process and asked the credit card company to deny our payment. As a result, we have not been paid. Mr. ****** has our product and all of his money back including the shipping. We would now like our product back.

I am rejecting this response because:The engine block is absolutely NOT what I "asked" for or better put, bought from your ebay listing with completely misleading and fake pictures of a nice freshly cleaned block. It also as per your own words was not actually the block I ordered. I Ordered a freshly honed 4.020" bore block. What you sent me was a rusty, corroded, standard bore block. That right there is enough without any other problems with it. Plain and simple you DID NOT send me the block I ordered. Why should I have to pay $250-$300 to ship something back that I didn't order in the first place. That is completely your fault and it is sitting right here on the junk pallet it was delivered on. Come get it at any time. Not only that, but just to get this all over with I even offered to pay half of their discounted shipping rate for them to get it back, which is more than fair all things considered, which they refused. It has been checked by numerous shops and compared with the listing pictures and description, and upon their inspections, has been deemed a completely different block than the one advertised. My offer to pay half the shipping back no longer stands, and you can come get it whenever you want.The pictures of the advertised block that I was paying for as well as the description uploaded along with all the pictures and information of the block received is more than proof enough that you sent something completely different than advertised, and just plain wrong!As for your 99.1% satisfaction rating, maybe look around the internet a little (I sure wish I had). Your company has just about the worst reviews I've ever seen in my life.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. ******.
We stand by our statement; the product we sent was the correct application, and throughout the process we tried our best to come to a consensus with Mr. ****** despite his bellicose tone. It appears we are at a crossroad; thus we have been in contact with Mr. ****** and have scheduled a freight company to pick up the block at our expense.
There is no need for a refund, as he has already had his credit card company withdraw his payment from our account.
We regret that Mr. ****** was unhappy with the product. Our goal is always to have a satisfied customer.
