Item was purchased ordered online through their web store. I did in fact email requesting cancellation. An acknowledgement email was never sent back from the company to confirm shipment/cancellation. I called the company the Beginning of March saying I have never received a response, or tracking and its been two weeks. Store clerk provided me tracking via ***** Three days into tracking, item showed arrival in ********. I called company 7 March and they stated having issued/ will issue refund to which I said I cant depend on that considering the lack of follow through in the order, and that the item is in ******** when I live in ********. ****** stated would email me 7march2024 with refund, but none issued and I have no faith granting tract recorded and that they saw my cancellation email for mid February and never refunded me.***************************Business response
