I had someone come out and look at some concrete work in my backyard. We came to an agreement and he explained what he would do. Before he would start he asked for a $100 good faith check. He came and started on the project and put up three boards and said he would need $2800. I asked why he required this payment for putting up three boards. He said he would take me to court and put a lien on my house. I paid the $2800 and he came back and put up the rest of the boards. I feel like he is just after the money. His measurements were off and I called him out on it. He hasn't even finished the job and is already asking for the rest of the payment. There was concrete splattered on my house and it was left and not cleaned.

This job has been completed and we were told we did a great job once completed. We have a contract that the consumer agreed to and we completed our end of the contract. We will not be refunding anything back.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I was charged for one thing and I received something else, it was suppose to be 16x37 and I received 16x36 I was cheated a foot and this caused me to spend more money on concrete that I did not received. Hopefully this concrete comes off of the back of my home and does not cause me to get new siding.

We did not cheat you anything the patio was poured the way it will crack at the corner where your garage sets in further then the house the measurements are estimated and if you think 1sq ft difference made you pay more for anything your completely wrong we did an 8,000$ job for 5900$ you’re the worst customer we have ever had and your warranty is completely void this customer also wanted us to pour more concrete for free and wa sunset we would t pour a 5x17 pad for free he is terrible and if this continues I will take you to court for defamation of character and slander it’s as simple as that final warning.
