      On 3-25-25 my daughter and ********* had a washer and dryer and fridge and he had a phone through rent one in ****** and they was sending their things back as they fell on a tight spot my daughter and myself and my 2 grand kids left the house at 10:30 am the pick up was scheduled for the end of the day between 4-5 we got back in our driveway at 402 and we have a note on the door saying they was there at 4 we seen no trucks my ********* called saying ******* the manager said she had us videod running from them and this is not true when I called and ask she denied it and yes I said choice words why did she have my grandkids aged 4 and 1 month videoed I'm still very upset about this and today my daughter and ********* tells us that she said out of her own mouth that they could rent their stuff back but myself and my wife can't touch it or even look at it this is my home everything in my name not theirs they are living with me not the other way around how is this a way for a manager act? If nothing is done I will go farther either I will call the local news or I will seek an attorney 5his is not right and she needs to be fired I am also contacting their corporate office in the morning

      We had went to rent one and got a brand new fridge/freezer after about a week or so the fridge completely quit working and we lost all of our groceries. So we called rent one and agreed that they would send us a Temporary replacement while ours was being repaired. A few days after receiving the replacement I noticed a ***** coming from under the fridge and the next couple days I saw a lot more coming out. Our home is clean and we have never had bugs. Well we immediately removed the fridge from our home resulting in losing all of our groceries again. Now we have to get. Exterminator out to get rid of the roaches, also while moving the fridge out of our home the water line leaked. I went to clean the mess and noticed there were live larvae in the water. We had been drinking and using ice from the fridge. My wife is also allergic to Roaches so she has been suffering from allergies/headaches since the fridge came into our home. We were paying over 150 a month for a new fridge we didnt even have in our possession and now we are out at least ******* in groceries and no telling how much the pest control will be. Im a disabled veteran and on a tight fixed income and cant afford to keep replacing groceries.

      I have read and reviewed Ms. ******** complaint. The issue was discussed with the store manager, regional manager, and several employees. As far as we could tell, the refrigerator in question did not have any bugs related issues. It is of utmost importance to us that our product is cleaned and inspected before it is delivered. Our licensed pest control company is available to inspect Mr. ******** home to ensure customer satisfaction. Our team was not informed of any problems with the refrigerator that would have caused food to spoil, so we cannot cover any replacement costs.       I purchased a fridgidaire refrigerator on biweekly payments from rent one in centralia over year ago. in may of this year the compressor went out and still making payments they gave me loaner and said sent it to be repaired. I called monthly multiple times and got several excuses of why taking so long. 2 weeks ago i called to make my final payment and ***** manager told me compressor was replaced and would deliver back to me 10/10/24 2pm. They delivery guys showed up with new refrigerator of lesser quality and value and told me this is my replacement. I tried talking to store manager who refused..spoke to ****** middle man who said i had to keep this until ***** calls me. This quality of refrig is not what i paid for *** is smaller with less compartments than my original. They had me sign this paper attachex and i wrote my dissatisfaction. I then tried to call the corporate office to speak with regional manner and was told i couldnt speak to them and because i said if i didnt get call back to resolve this that i may contact lawyer. ****** tells me since u mentioned lawyer this conversation is over and hung up on me. I just what a fridgidaire like i purchased and paid for this is the ol bait switch trick and not legal.

      I have read and reviewed Ms. ********* complaint. Fortunately, the store manager was able to find a brand new *********** refrigerator to match her old one. When he contacted Mr. ******** she refused the new refrigerator, stating it must be in a box. Unfortunately, we don't keep these in boxes, they are put on the sales floor as soon as they arrive. There is no damage to the item, and it is in excellent condition. It was suggested to Ms. ******* that she visit the store to see the new refrigerator, but she declined. We are committed to resolving this issue and ensuring Ms. ********* satisfaction.

      I dispute the response by the company rent one. I was called on monday the 4th of nov by ****** who is not the store manager. He informed me they have a fridgidaire just like mine and wanted to know when could deliver. I asked if it was new and not previously rented like the one i had. He stated it had been pre rented but for short time and coukd not give me time limit was rented . I said the first one i bought was in box because i watched them remove box when delivered that i wanted the same quality i bought not a previously rented unit. I always bought new as fear of cockroaches from used products in others homes. I told ****** if they get a fridgidaire just like the one i had that had not been rented and in someones home that it would satisfie me. I was never asked to come see it in store at all. Their response is falsified and again shows the games this company plays. Ive been contacted once by ***** and ahe agreed with me and was going to try to get me in contact with general manager and one call from ******. The manager ***** has never spoke with me on this matter to resolve.

      I tried to return the furniture they declined to take furniture back and now harassing me for payment this happened at ************ store at rent one .. I can't use my phone they constantly calling and leaving voicemails constantly at my front door I tried to return there property they tried say it was damaged I done paid over half of the payments I know it paid for I don't have any income so can't keep paying that why i tried to return it they took the furniture off my front porch then loaded it up then next thing I know they sit it by road wouldn't even put it back on the porch someone ended up stopping picked it up because I was home alone couldn't carry it by myself so now someone else has furniture it rent pne fault for putting to next to the road

      Rent one General manager tried to force his way into my house while I was out of town and only my wife and kids were home. *** consistently communicated with *********************** ( GM for Caruthersville store ) he is consistently rude and disrespectful as well as looks in windows and tries to intimidate my wife. To the point we have had to return our furniture to rent one because we no longer feel safe doing business with this company due to his actions. I have paid thousands in on this furniture and feel they are scamming and just trying to boost profits. Attorneys will be contacted.

      It is my understanding that the customer requested that the merchandise be picked up on 7/20/24 and we followed through with the request. The account is now closed.       That is a blatant disregard for facts. Everything was scheduled for pick up due to consistent harassment from the ** ***********************. He most definitely tried to force himself into my residence. It required 2 adults to keep the door closed against him after he began trying to force the door open and get inside.

We have no evidence to support the claim that he attempted to enter the home without permission. Since the client was in possession and used the product during the rental period, we will not be issuing a refund.

      I purchased a dining set and refrigerator from a store in **************. They told me one date they were going to deliver it and then decided on a different date at their discretion. I had to leave work when they came to deliver, but that's not the biggest problem. The men delivering, although very nice, at some point broke the refrigerator which wasn't of my knowledge until after I tried to plug it in the next day. I called the store and told them it wasn't working. They sent someone out the day after that and the guy said he couldn't figure out what was wrong and would have to send their technician out, but it would be a week. They want to stick to the contract but the contract clearly stated that a loner would be sent out until a new was delivered or it was fixed. I went two weeks with the old one sitting there not working meaning I could not buy groceries. I have been a loyal customer and have paid off previous furniture sets with them and recently had a decrease in hours. I ended up speaking to a rep who told me about bonus points I had accrued of $185 and could use. I call to use them which would have me up to date and then was told by another rep that I could only use so much and not all at once. What is the point of that? I gave them a date I could make a payment which they agreed and then started harassing me the day of asking what time I would make the payment while also threatening legal action even though they also broke the contract with the refrigerator incident. Things happen but banging on my door the day its due is ridiculous and is only going to cause me to go somewhere else.

      I was looking to purchase a bedroom set & I paid a down payment of 85.54$. I never received the bedroom set. Also when I called the store , the person on the phone was extremely rude and stated they would not be refunding my payment or sending the furniture. I would have been a first time customer but the staff are very unprofessional. I no longer want to do business with this company but I would like a full refund.

      Location: **********, ** I got a refrigerator from this company and I&#**;ve been waiting for replacement crisper drawers. I have been waiting for months and they have not made any effort to replace the refrigerator.

      I am making an complaint because *** had this company reported before due to entering my home when I wasnt present to now knocking on the door a day AFTER making a payment already , knocking on door and calling me 5x being 5 days late. Sent me a letter to make payment but I get on there to pay an account and they blocked me from making payments for all furniture, my acc is locked because one of the pieces is a month past due. Which is because the 2 payments received went to other furniture instead of the account farthest behind making that acc look untouched . One acc is now 10 days past due because of it . Moving fwd I received notes on door aboit police will b called or charges will b pressed and this was 12 days late at this time. Today while I been at work they went to my residence 6x last one was 6:50.. AFTER they closed

In the reinstatement section, it states, "If you fail to make renewal payments by the renewal date, our agreement terminates, and we will be entitled to a prompt return of our property." As a result of our attempts to resolve the issue with ****************, we requested that our property be returned to us. **************** can contact Regional Sales Manager ********************* at ************ to resolve the past due issue.       Rent One ******************************************** I contracted with them in September 18, 2023 to make monthly payments for 12months. They had me signing a huge stack of papers and explained to me after we completed that they have me with two different accounts (in case I can't afford everything later down the road, I can let one of the beds go back without effecting the other). I'm not sure why they can't do this on one account, as I am paying sales taxes for two accounts. Then they went onto add a CARE Plus Program that is absolutely useless to me. So that's an extra $20 per account, with two accounts total (even though I purchased both items the same day). So instead of paying a little over $200 per month. The two accounts with the care program totals it to about $262. Since I lost my job and was diagnosed with cancer in the recent months, I read the fine print on the CARE program. It will cover a payment if I die. Other than that, I can get prescription discounts and hotel discounts...neither of which I need being that I live income based housing. So apparently, they feel as if they have the right to bang down my door for 5hrs at a time. And I stress to you, they bang like they are looking for a fight or confrontation.
