My vehicle was towed by Ideal Recovery ************ I got my vehicle back on 05/23/2023. All my items were removed from my car, and a case of corn was taken as well. Like really! After picking up my vehicle and driving it on the highway home. My car over heats and stops! I get my car moved to the inner belt of the highway, only to discover that my radiator had been ripped open. Completely damaged and dented from the lift of their tow truck. I have sent emails, multiple emails to the manager. Because, the operator says that's the only way to reach the manager! I've sent pictures with these emails, and not a word from this man! This company has no regard for the further debt that they put people in. And it shows that they do not care! I want them to resolve this issue before I involve a legal dispute.Initial Complaint

The company towed my vehicle and cleaned out my belongings. All the valuables were not recovered with the property or the vehicle. I filed a police report and a claim for the missing items of value. The company is trying to deny my claim. Ive paid enough in fees. They need to reimburse me.Initial Complaint

My vehicle was repossessed in November by ideal recovery and any items of value were removed from my vehicle. When I went to pick up my belongings I noticed both my front seat covers were ripped and damaged. I was instructed by ******* to contact **** to be reimbursed due to them damaging my property. I sent him several emails as according to ******* thats the only way you can ask for reimbursment with all the necessary information including pictures showing proof of the damage. After a month and 3 emails **** finally responded saying "I am sorry that you misunderstood. We will not reimbursing you for the cover. Thanks" however I was told by the receptionist that they would reimbursed me per their policy. I want to be reimbursed for my $220 seat covers. The exact same brand and type that were damaged. **** you have my email and phone number. Please do what is right and reimburse me.Initial Complaint

They came at 11pm 10/21/21 or midnight 10/22/2021 to get the car and it had my sons carseat, stroller, diaper bag, phone chargers, car organizer and other items in my glove box. So now I have no carseat for my 8 month old son or his diaper bag until Monday 10/25/21 because thats "the only time they have open". They didnt call us or even knock. Now we have to pay a $50 fee to get our property back because they came at the dead of night without even a courtesy call. No one should have to pay a fee to get property but they want to be sneaky so they can charge a fee. Thats how they scam people who are already having a rough time. They left huge burn out marks in my driveway because they sped off my property. Terrible way to do business and treat people!
