My daughter purchased some Cajun shrimp pasta on 01/06/2023 and I did not eat the food until Sunday 01/08/2023, I warmed the food up and everything separated. It looked like thick orange butter, I tasted a little bit of the food and it was looked greasy. I called the restaurant and requested to speak with management, and asked for his name. His name is **** **** he stated that he is the acting general manager. I explained the situation to the manager and he stated that he would not refund or exchange the food because I warmed the food up, and I should not have warmed that up. I informed him that I work for St. Louis City Police Department and we frequent the restaurant all the time and that is not good business. I asked him if there was anyone else I could speak with and he stated that I could speak with someone from the admin office, and I asked for that number and **** stated that I could look for that number on the website. Then I stated Ok and the call was ended. I would Like another Cajun Shrimp Pasta.
