    Avoid at all costs. We had them make desserts for our wedding. Communication was horrible. Literally weeks between emails and calls. We have an invoice stating that we were supposed to get something that we didn't even get (won't get into it, too long). In my mind if something is on the invoice, and then we pay the invoice, we should get the stuff that we paid for. We were then forced to come up with proof but communication was over the phone as we are localized differently. We trusted they would have written down the things we discussed but apparently they didn't and somehow the burden falls on the consumer to prove that? We also had been contacting them for 6 months and couldn't get anyone on the phone that can deal with our situation. Once we did, the owner/assistant, while professional, was cold and clearly tired of dealing with the situation which could have been avoided had communication been better. They have insinuated that we are making things up even though their social media pages say differently. Regardless of everything I've just said above, we paid for a product and didn't receive the product we were promised so we should be refunded. We spent 550 dollars on this item and were offered a 100 credit. We spent over **** dollars here and I would urge anyone considering this company to consider elsewhere as we are very unsatisfied. We don't even care about the lack of communication or anything else at this point. We spent a lot of money here and weren't even asking for the whole thing to be refunded, just the wrong item. At this point I just want to warn others as this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
