Location: ***************************************** This is a third party seller through Amazon. I placed an order on May 23 for a pair of graduation shoes for my daughter and I paid for extra shipping to get them the day before the event. I received it yesterday, May 30th and they were the wrong color. I contacted Amazon and they said there is nothing they can do and there is no refund. I contacted the seller through Amazon**;s website and let them know that they sent me out the wrong color. I asked my daughter if she still wanted them, she said no. The shoe was out of stock. I see a little later that the seller told me that there is no refund. I called Amazon to accommodate me and they said they couldn**;t refund my money. I told them I would contact my attorney and then the third party seller said they would issue me a refund and they said this through Amazon. They are going to take so much off my refund and not refunding me my expedited shipment payment and want me to pay for it to be shipped back to them. There are a lot of things I need to do before I get my refund. It is not guaranteed that I will get my refund. The box that the shoes came in was damaged. The total was approximately $67 and some change. I used my QuadPay to pay for it. I contacted QuadPay and they said that they can**;t do anything until the merchant notifies them of the refund and refund status. I called my bank and they gave me the first installment payment back. The bank is doing the claim as well. So Simply H3238**34**3036343735H was paid through QuadPay. I would like my refund.Business response

Dear ***/*****, I received your letter and wanted to inform you that we resolved the issue on May 31st as you can see from the messages we sent to the Customer. I have attached the Invoice and Customer message Screenshot.
Immediately after we realized our mistake, we refunded the full amount. If you need any information, please let me know.
