      In November of 2014, we paid for Beibel Brothers Roofing Contractors to install a roof. The roof came with a 5 year workmanship guarantee and a manufacturer's 25 year shingle warranty. 3 weeks ago the roof sprung a leak. My wife has called Beibel Brothers multiple times in the past 3 weeks to ask if they would come and look at the roof but we have never received a call back. She called over a week ago and spoke with "***" who stated someone would return the call but we have not received a return call to date. We understand that the workmanship guarantee has expired, but we would like to know if the leak is related to the shingles which are still under warranty. The company came highly recommended by a neighbor, however their failure to return calls regarding a product they installed is just plain poor customer service. ** Unfortunately, the contract is on legal size paper and home scanner cannot scan entire documents that size.

      A company rep came out today and stated another person from the company will need to come out and look at the roof.  I will wait to see if another person from the company comes out to assess the roof as promised.

      Biebel Brothers set an appointment to inspect the roof.  I, **** Biebel, inspected the roof on the day at the time that was agreed upon.  I gave ************** my assessment of the roof in the area of concern.  There is no manufacturer defect or warranty issue of any kind.  I explained that I had seen 2 possible issues; 1 was a gauge in a shingle tab that did not appear to have broken through the whole shingle and it is below (down slope from) the stain inside, the 2nd was a slightly raised shingle that could be a nail backing out.  I explained that with the cold temperatures I did not want to attempt to manipulate the shingles as they could break and ************** agreed.  I asked ************** to take a picture of the interior stain so that we could understand if the stain is associated with an active leak.  ************** had informed me that the stain occurred after a rain event but had not dripped or changed since.

      ********* has had approximately ****" of rain in the last week and .99" came down yesterday with thunder storms.  I contacted ************** today and he explained to me that the stain had not changed. 

      While onsite, yesterday, I told ************** I could have a repairman come by and address the 2 issues this week (no specific day or time was discussed beyond "this week").  It was lightly raining on me as I left the property and continued to rain all day.  It rained throughout the night and has rained off and on today.  Biebel Brothers would not want to create any additional staining or negative issues which is why we did not send a repairman out today.   

       Biebel Brothers believes that a "rejection" of our response is unwarranted and does not reflect the details of the onsite inspection or the next steps discussed.
