Rehab did a wonderful job of roof replacement!! They had been very responsive at all times and keen on customer satisfaction as their primary goal.

While the job was done, however it took forever. I did sign a contract weeks before my neighbors, however all of them got new roofs and I was waiting and waiting. I did refer my neighbor and he is having the same delay issues. Also, the roofing crew left plywood on the grass for 4 days killing portions of the grass.

There are many roofing companies to choose from. However, none will give you the service that Rehab Construction can. We have had three roofs replaced by this company and have received incredible service all along the way. I highly recommend Rehab Construction for all of your roofing and siding needs.

Every detail of my roof and gutter replacement was great because Rehab Construction communicated with me every step of the way. They handled all the communication and coordination with my insurance company, too. Everyone I had interaction with was very professional and so nice -- from the salesman at my door (Lavonta) to the customer service rep ******* who ensured that everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Rehab Construction!

Rehab is a good roofer company. They take cares of your issues and coordinate with insurance company to take care of all. They listen your all points carefully and try to resolve them with their best efforts.***** was trying her best to take care of my all concerns and answers my all queries with patient. Overall, they are good to go for roofing replacement.

From the start of the project, Rehab has done a great job. **** was a very knowledgeable salesman and interface with my insurance company. Was a real advocate to get all my damage covered. Rehab assigned ***** as a customer service rep and she has done a fantastic job keeping me continually informed on the status of my project. The installation crews were very quality conscious and did a nice job. ***, the superintendent has followed up with me to make sure that I am satisfied with the work. *** is not over yet but so far, so good. I would recommend this team to others!

This has to do with the ******* office. After Hurricane ******** i used Rehab roofing for a Fortified roof in ******************* **. Work was completed on February 2, 2019.A fortified roof has extra steps to stand up to oceanfront weather.My house is a duplex and both house were done at the same time to receive a discount. The documentation to ************** ***************************** were done with photos of my neighbors side, none of my side.Needless to say my half was done with leftover material that failed. A neighbor contacted me that my shingles on the corner of the roof were lifting in the wind. I live in *******, ** and next trip down September 2021 I found out how bad the install was done.The inside drywall under part of roof line soaked the drywall with the paint bubbling. The drywall became moldy and had to be replaced.Hired a roofer to check out the problem. It was so bad that whole roof had to be replaced. I have picture documentation of many pieces of flashing being nailed in a row instead of one piece. This was above the inside drywall. Had new roofers replaced right for half the cost.Called Rehab roofing, they said I was out of 2 year warranty by 6 months. This was going on before the 2 year warranty. They also tole me the roofer went out of business after my job.Rehab walked away even though the documentation was of my neighbors not mine.This company should not be in business with the way they handled my install.Buyer Beware!!*************************

From ***********************: Rehab was very in their estimate of our roof and dealing with the insurance company. Our insurance adjuster even said they were very professional and complete. **************************** keep us very informed and answered questions promptly. The production crew was a first rate crew and did an excellent job on clean up.
