I was fortunate enough to receive FEMA money due to the flood this summer. I found this company through a flyer at work. I contracted with to repair my flat roof. I paid them $2000 initially; another $2500 for extra supplies (for tuckpointing) ; a third check for $2000 for labor; and another $2000 for additional materials. They started on 11/2. Some of the materials were sprayed on the roof. There was a delay due to not having a dumpster for the tuckpointing. Since the delay, I haven't been able to reach him. I even drove by the addresses of the business and the subcontractor. I did get a phone call and he gave me excuses. He was supposed to come to my home yesterday and he didn't show. Originally he told me the job would be completed by the end of November. The roof is still leaking. It is coming in every room on the second floor.Initial Complaint

I hired a contractor to fix my roof, he gave me a 8 year warranty on the roof. I called him the next day after my back wall fell were he did most of the repair to the roof .He blocked my number and I then called from a different number and that number was blocked as well. ***************'s was the contractor/roofer used to repair my roof and to repair the roof the total cost was ********..Customer response

The work was done on August 1, 2022 and the last time I tried to contact him was August 5, 2022..The contract he gave me I have already forwarded to you. That's the only thing I was given which stated what would be done/repaired.
