I signed up for an annual membership ($200) which allows me to bring guests at a discounted rate. Two of my students attempted to meet me at Sharpshooters (I am certified an insured Firearms Instructor). I was told by an employee that I am not allowed to bring my students to their range because "they are trying to run a business" and see me as "competition". I was then told that I can no longer shoot at their range. At that point I asked for a refund of my annual membership which I purchased in January. The employee referenced a false incident which he claimed I had previously been verbally warned in December of their [unwritten] policy. The referenced "warning" never happened. Also, I have never received any written notice nor signed any contract restricting who I could bring to their range as a guest. I am requesting a prorated refund of $180 for the unused portion of my membership.
