    So I went in there based on a recommendation from a friend at work. After purchasing the suit which was a painless process, they explained that they had a 4 week wait on alterations and directed me to this place next door called **** ***. They never really asked who I wanted to do my alterations or what kind of time frame I was looking at. Lady at **** *** charged me $100 for some simple alterations. I picked the suit up in the middle of the day while I was out working and didn't have the time or cleanliness to try it on right away. When I spoke with St Louis Suit Company later that afternoon because I was curious about they're return policy because i was not happy with my suit, they told me to bring the suit in and they'll see about fixing the alterations or returning the suit if they can't. Seeing as I work for a living it took me a few days to make it back, and when I did the apparent owner of the company claimed that they never direct any customers to get alterations somewhere else unless they don't want to wait for them to do the alterations in house. The owner, who looked like a slob with his shirt half untucked and bad attitude, then told me they won't fixed anyone else's alterations nor let me return the suit because I had taken it somewhere else to get the alterations done even though they're the ones that directed me there. I'll admit there are a few things about this experience that fall on me, but I've never seen such a lack of care for a businesses customers, especially from a company that you would expect good customers service from like a suit company.
