Dishonest company and employees! Brought my lawn mower in 5 times, they could never repair it and attempted to charge me each time. When I told the owner *** I wouldn't pay any more money, he refused to give my property back. This request is for the company to give my lawn mower back. I have no pictures of the mower as he stole it from me.Business response

We repaired this customers mower. Mower works perfectly fine when it leaves our shop. Customer brought back mower saying it is not working. He is putting gas that is full of debris in the unit. We did not charge him when he brought his mower in saying it was not working. We flushed the system two times free of charge. Customer brought it in again and we explained that we will have to charge him for our time to flush his fuel system. Pictures of the fuel that came out of the unit are attached. The customer is putting bad gas in the mower, after we have explained multiple times that he needs new fresh gas, and a new fuel can because it is full of debris.Customer response

I already paid for the repairs twice. See attached receipts. Each time they wanted more money but never fixed the problem. I told them i would not give them any more money until they fixed it. Then they alleged to say that I put dirty gasoline which is inaccurate. It was one of their employees that filled the gas last time. This is just another excuse to keep my lawn mower and sell it to make more money off of it. Dishonest company that should not be in business.Initial Complaint

They have had my lawnmower for over 2 months. They were to let me know what was wrong with it before ordering any parts or working on it. They never called me to tell me what was wrong with it. They ordered a part anyway and said they had overlooked the notes in the computer. They have not did anything to my lawnmower. They said someone left the company and the were unable to fix anything on it. They dropped off the lawnmower in my yard and not where they picked it up.Business response

We tried to make things right with the customer. Even fixing it for free for the lack of communication on our end. This customer was very threatening to our employees, and our employees who delivered the mower back to this customer do not feel safe on the property. We delivered the mower back the customers property. Then the customer called and said that she is going to have someone come by and steal it and blame it on us. (we have this on voicemail) This is not a person we would like to have as a customer.
