I thought this company was the in between company to help with communication , so why was I told I could call the ss *** myself. Also was not very supportive as telling me the ss has there own guidelines , I know that thats why you where hired to do this Job because you know the rules. Very poor customer service and organization, sent my paperwork FOUR times, in THEIR envelopes, and they claim they still haven't received it. I have tracking numbers, so I know they received it. Yet, they refuse to take it electronically, although their "mailroom" take weeks to open an envelope??. Very dissatisfied, hope NYL finds another SS contractor soon.Advantage 2000 Consultants Inc Response

This company helped my husband get disability and they were very friendly plus followed up quick. We were denied and they filed another claim and we won. The denial was due to the surgeon saying my husband was fine, but he hadn't seen him or evaluated him in 7 months, after the doctor evaluation we won. Follow up people and keep trying!!!!! I used this company because 2 other friends had success with Advantage 2000!! * ******** ******** **Review from Mary B

Horrible company! Current rep lacks any empathy whatsoever and does an extremely poor job doing her job - **** ** Make sure you communicate directly with SSA as Advantage 2000 will not advocate on your behalf - the work they do is unprofessional, unethical & downright sloppy.Advantage 2000 Consultants Inc Response

Advantage 2000 was contracted through NYL insurance company to compile and present my case to SS Administration. I went through the process with no large complaints. The assigned associates handled all the details and made the process mostly easy for me. I noticed some negative reviews posted here but my interactions were mostly positive.Review from Janet h

They are contracted through NY Life to help with social security disability claims. I was approved for disability with NYLIFE and they referred me to Advantage **** for help with SS claim. Someone would call and Id call back, only to leave a message that might be returned in a week, which Id miss, so Id call again and leave a message that wouldnt get returned for another week this has gone on for at least 2 months and Ive gotten zero help from Advantage ****. NY Life is wasting its money. Im filing with SS on my own and will be denied because nobody helped from Advantage ****. Absolutely useless.Advantage 2000 Consultants Inc Response
