      We had our panels installed November 1st, 2022. Everything was went smoothly until the install. A contractor was used to do the install that was not given the correct and final plans for our install, which led to additional holes being drilled into our brand new roof where panels were not going. It took foreverrrrrrr to get that remedied to get that section of the roof fixed. Every time we have contacted Solis Energy Services for anything we will go months without any return emails or calls. Now we are trying to get someone to contact us back reference the tax rebates and such because those have not been received nor have we received any documentation that they were completed and submitted, as promised, to the government. We would just like some resolution and warn anyone thinking about using this company to look elsewhere. We were promised the company would take care of anything that needed to be submitted for rebates and getting the rebates was why we agreed to the terms of the contract.

      Solis Energy Services solicited us at home and we came to an agreement to have solar panels installed, taking advantage of federal and state incentives in place. The solar panels have been installed, and eventually passed inspection, and are working so far as we are aware. SES was responsible for submitting the necessary information for the above mentioned state incentives. We have attempted many, many times to contact the representative who worked with us via text, phone calls (messages left), and emails to inquire about the status of the application. They have not responded in any way.We recently received a message from the state solar company who manages the incentive program that indicated that they have not received the information to complete our application either. They will be working with us to finish the process. However, there are other issues that will be effected by the fact that SES has apparently gone out of business. Warranty of the product would, of course, be the primary concern.We want to make sure that they are not able to re-open under a different company name and continue to scam people. At the very least, we would like to hear from them whether the warranty and any other future services that were part of the contract have been transferred to another reputable company.

      Since the beginning of 2022, we have been dealing with Solis Energy Services in ***********. The salesman came out and put in writing a quote from the company. We signed on the bottom line for the solar services after meeting with him a couple of times. Since then, it took almost 6 months for a solar install, another three months after that for service to be turned on, another four months for a repair to be made. During all of this we are on our third customer representative. We were promised (in writing) that we would be receiving a SREC rebate from the state of ******** in the amount of $19,500.00. In July of 2023, we brought this to their attention, beginning of August they still had not contacted us, finally receiving something late August of 2023. On Aug 31, we sent a message on a group text thread that they created with us stating we needed ask questions as we did not understand. We received another "contract" for us to sign concerning this SREC however the wording of this contract states we would pay them $1K. We attempted to contact *******************************. On Sept 1 ******************* (customer service representative) asking *** to contact us. We went another text asking for a conference call on Friday the 15th. We have received no response from Solis Energy Services. This has been going on almost two years of non-communication unless we rock the boat. Taking months and months to get back to us on the simplest of things. We just want what was promised to us in the beginning of all of this.

      This company lied to me about all the benefits of having solar panels also told me I would recieve money back fro srecs that I have been waiting almost 2 years for come Nov. they turned in the paper work late and now they said that this is a problem and they dont know when I will be getting the money.

      This company will not reply to phone calls in a timely manner. We have an issue with our system controller not reporting and not charging our batteries. Multiple calls went unanswered. While our system is still providing energy during daylight hours we specifically had batteries installed in case of emergencies. No one knows when an emergency will arise, customers should not be put in a 'waiting game'.

      The **mpany sold me on a solar system with a battery and quoted a price per month at $208. When I was put in **ntact with project manager she stated it would be at least $265 a month. I was very specific of what I **uld afford and what I **uld not. I was assured it would be installed and running before any payments. I became **ncerned due to lack of **ntact or instructions from them. I then asked what it would take to get out of loan and I was told it wont be good for you and an immediate charge of $5500 would be leveled. I asked what else and they refused to answer. I felt **erced to go ahead with project. When installers finally showed up I was informed this was going to be a no battery system but I would only be paying $219 a month now. I felt I was just stuck and had no **ntrol or choices. After installers finished in July I was told it was done and read for power **mpany inspection. They had me sign papers saying the job was **mplete and funds were to be released to them. ********* inspected and said theres no power. I called project manager who did troubleshooting with power ** and said the system still needs **mmissioned. I was told over and over it would be done-many of these **mmunications are in txts I saved as documents. Its still not done, they wont answer my texts any longer and now Im still paying power bills with a $55,000 eyesore on my property as the loan bills **me due now. This was not the agreement, **ntract and I unknowingly was made to sign false papers. I am disabled, both mentally and physically and on fixed in**me. I was trying to reduce my bills and I feel they have lied, broken their **ntract and will destroy me financially. Please help. I dont know where to turn and I worry about their affect on my life both financially and mental stress wise.

      The system has been installed and it's just a big eyesore on my property.  They have filed a lien against my property.

      When Solis first installed our solar panels we had no issues but there has been a huge drop is support recently. I have been contacting them about a faulty set of panels shown on my app *** that are reading **.I have multiple emails in to their office and they keep stringing me along about how someone will be contacting us soon but we never hear from anyone. This has been ongoing all year now and ** is still not resolved. They seem to have an excuse for everything while reading through online complaints so Im excited to see their response so that I can actually GET a decent response.Attached are a few examples of the email saga the is still unresolved.

      I signed up to have solar installed several months ago and the installation was supposed to start the middle of May but I have not heard anything from this company. I have left emails, I called the sales guy that convinced me to go with this company. I have called all parties involved and nothing. Im trying to cancel this project and just forget this experience with this company.

      There were only suppose to be 8 panels on the south side of the house and 32panels on the garage. They put twenty panels on the house and ten panels on the garage. This is not what I greed to. I have a leak coming into my living room and going into the bathroom. I have a contract with ******** ******* to put on a whole new roof but they will not touch the roof until the panels are removed. I contacted Solis Energy Services and informed them of what was going on and they stated that it would cost me a lot money to remove the panels but they will waiver that fee if I hire them to remove the panels and put a whole new roof on . I informed them that I have a contract with ******** *******. The regional managers name of Solis company is **** ******** . I do not think they are a good Solar Company. They never return phone calls, they never answer the phone. I would like for them to come out here and take the panels off and then put the ten panels back on the house after the roof is replaced and put the remaining 22 panels back on the garage as originally quoted.

      A company representative went out to look at the residence and come up with a fair solution to resolve the issue. We are in the process of working out the details for the customer.
