      I have a medical marijuana card obtained through 420id. In the beginning of March 420id sent me a notice over 4 months prior to the experation date of my current 420id. I asked if the new 420id would include the remaining time on my current 420id and was told that it absoluutly would. I was told it would be $99. I set up the doctors appointment and was approved and charged $110.89. Only to find out that It's to early for renewal. May 17 2023 420id sends me information about a follow up doctors appointment set for may 17,2023 and I did not receive notice until after I left for work. So I tried to set another doctors appointment and it's asking me to pay again,which will be the same amount $110.89 which I've already paid prematurely because of 420ids inaccurate and misleading infomation about it being time to renew when renewals are not allowed until two months prior to experation. I want 420id to pay the $110.89 and get me to the point where all I have to pay is $25.75 to the state of Missouri filing fees. To obtain my med. Id. 420id is responable to pay $110.89 because of 420id misleading mistakes. So cover or refund $110.89 that I've paid so far to obtain a med. Marijuana I'd.

      Mr. **** received an advertisement email from us with a promo code to book an appointment for $99. That is the price he paid in full to us on March 3rd. Shortly after his visit on that day, he reached out with questions about his appointment. We advised him that he booked too early to complete a renewal with the state of Missouri. Mr. **** and our support staff agreed to reschedule his appointment to May 17th, that way he would be within his window to renew and that the doctor would complete a new certification that he would need at that time and that the doctor will email him once it is completed. We re-certified his medical recommendation with no extra cost. Mr. ****, reached out by phone regarding his renewal this May and we promptly emailed him with instructions on how to complete the application with the state. We apologized to him for any misunderstanding. He then explained that he was told his cost to us was going to be $100 but that he was charged some tax from Jefferson County. We have never seen or heard of anyone being charged anything like that. We explained to him that and he stood by his statements and then asked for a full refund of $110.89. I explained to him that the doctor completed everything for him so I could not offer a full refund, but did offer him and completed a refund for the $11.89 that he claims is the tax he paid Jefferson County as part of our service even though this charge is not from our company. We have completed everything he has requested, minus the full refund as he has already been medically approved by our doctor. The doctor has already completed the certification he paid for. We are happy to provide additional documentation upon request.

      I paid fee to have a web chat doctor *********** for medical marijuana. I sat in web chat room for over 1 hour 45 minutes waiting for doctor that never joined chat. I called , texted, and used chat service trying to connect with anyone, trying to resolve problem, with no results. So now they have my money, which they advertise guaranteed approval or moneyback. Their doctor never joined chat so obviously I didn't get approved.BUT they still have my money. Which was also advertised as IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED, if not approved. No one answered any contact options that I could find

      This patients issue has been resolved. On the 27th of November we completed all services and on the 28th of November she was approved by the *****************.

      I googled “Mo Green Card” to renew my green card license with 420id, the company I made my original application. Drs420 has their same name, but a different URL. I had a video call for my renewal on 9/12 at 12pm and was texted by a *** **** who then called me outside of the link I was told to go to for approval. I sent my information to be filed on my behalf for pro service, paying a total of $159 that came from my account almost same day. I have emailed multiple times, I have also called and left voicemails regarding timeline of my medical card. I have not received any type of communication back. It has been almost over a month since speaking with the *** **** that texted me originally. I got charged for $159 even prior to speaking with a physician. And it has been multiple weeks of no contact and no medical card.

      *** ************  I'm sorry you're having this issue and I'd like to do whatever I can to assist you. I DO have a record of you using our services at 420ID.com to be approved on 30th of August, 2021, but nothing since that time. I believe I know what has happened. 420ID is no longer associated with ***************. We terminated our agreement to assist them about 6 months ago. When you rescheduled you didn't book with us, you unfortunately scheduled with drs420, which is a name they created that is causing confusion. The doctor you where scheduled with is not a member of our team and I think that if you look at your credit card statement you will see that is doesn't say our name. It may say something like Nelson5, which again is not us. You may want consider disputing that charge with your credit card company as they failed to provide you with the services you paid for.  We want you back as a patient and I'm sorry this happened to you. I will extend our service to you for free in hopes this resolves all issues for you. I'll email you directly in a moment to extend this free service offer.
