My car was in an accident on December 13, 2021. I had my car towed and I asked if it could be towed to my house and they told me no. I asked where they were taking my car and they would not tell me. He told me to take a picture of the side of the truck which did not have the address on it. I went to pick up my car on December 15th due to not knowing where my car was. When I arrived, no one was there. They neighbor called them and he said that he will be there the next day. I arrived and they weren't there again. I tried two more days and they weren't there. Meanwhile, they are charging me $50 a day storage. This isn't right. He told me to be there at a certain time, and when I arrived, he wasn't there. No one is never there to get my car. When I talked to him, he said that he was going to charge me $75 just to put my car on the street to get it.Business response
