I was driving on the highway behind a Hogan Tranport truck. A retread tire came off the truck and was airborne in front of my vehicle. I was lucky it hit the ground just in front of my vehicle. It did damage to my vehicle. The truck did not stop. I took pictures of the truck. This happened on 7/30/23, a Sunday. I called Hogan Transport on Monday to report the incident. Their claims department called me, left a message on my phone, stating their company is not responsible for the damage to my vehicle. No one at Hogan Transport ever asked what happened.Business response

Please provide photograph, unit number, and license plate number. Also, there are so many divisions within the business. If evidence is provided I can get that to the appropriate individual.Initial Complaint

*** ****** was brought on as a Sponsored Student in Hogan’s Student Sponsorship program.
In this program Hogan helps prospective CDL drivers obtain their CDL by paying 2/3 of the tuition cost.
During the conversation with our recruiter, *** ****** was given the exact accounts Hogan would sponsor students. Hogan sponsors students based on account need.
I also have internal email chains stating that we were holding a spot for *** ****** when he came out of school.
*** ****** started truck driving school on 10/17/22 and quit school on 10/28/22. Attachments:

- October 4th Phone Call
- October 28th Phone Call
- Internal Emails from the recruiter stating we were holding a place for him upon graduation of his CDL school.
